Great location!

The house is very outdated.Not very clean.But the view was beautiful!

The cabin has a great floor plan, giving us plenty of space to spread out while still giving us room for a little privacy, with each bedroom on a separate floor. The kids loved the opportunity to walk down to the lake to swim…took advantage of this several days. Life jackets are a necessity since the water gets deep pretty quickly. Water shoes too, since the bottom of the lake is rocky…which gives you incredibly clear water!

Very clean property, great location and 10-15 mins to all the Branson attractions. Owners communicated very well, had to call the helpline to find the router/internet issue, JD the guy who is on-site , immediately responded and came to resolve the issue, thank you! The living area is a little smaller than we expected. Besides that, great property with many amenities.

Great property for a 2-family group. Wonderful location and great layout- fully stocked, fantastic views, will definitely come back! Will try when weather is warmer too so we can enjoy the gorgeous patio!

Very nice location and nice property. Everything was supplied as advertized. There were a couple of items damaged that we reviewed upon arrival. A torn window screen and a small hole in a wall at the base of a stairway. There was a couple of irritating items. We started to preheat the oven for use and smoke began billowing out and flooded the whole house with smoke. We immediately turned off the oven and found that someone before us had dripped oil or grease in the bottom. So no oven use that night as we had to run to town to buy oven cleaner. Very disappointed that it wasnt cleaned before we arrived. Also, the door code that we were instructed to set expired a full 24 hours before our scheduled departure, so we had to use the very long default code for the rest of our stay.

This house was so nice! Super clean, stocked kitchen, beautiful view, loved the bonfire area. Super close to all the shows and museums.

Great location and very spacious!! Everything was supplied to make you feel at home and even had Christmas tree and decor to bring in the holiday spirit. Loved it even though we were there for Thanksgiving!! Booking was a breeze and checking in was even easier. Just showed up and started our vacation. Was only minutes from shows and attractions which even made the stay better. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect family accommodations.

We really like the location of the house. Plenty of bedrooms for our family. Our sons loved the bunk beds. They thought it was the best thing ever. The house was spacious and it’s around a nice and quiet area. Close proximity to all the activities and restaurants, lakefront, It was the perfect location to for access to everything in Branson. The house does required some maintenance /up keep. The door knob in the bedroom needed to be fix. 2 of the outside lights need to be replaced. The check in code did not work. They said they would send someone out to fix the lock for us the next day but no one ever showed up. However, they did have a backup key option. The downstairs bedroom was not clean. There was dust all over the tv stands. And the floors doesn’t look like it was mopped. The countertop was also dusty.

Easy and smooth. Enjoyed our stay completely.

The house was perfect for our two families to stay in! We all had beds and we had an amazing time! Great place!

Place was as advertised nice and clean, Wi-Fi, TV’s, beautiful views of lake table rock short drive to restaurants and entertainment.

The property is beautiful! We had a few hiccups with the property but the on-call staff delt with the two issues fast and they were kind.

The only negatives were when pulled in to the house there was ice and snow on the driveway and steps going into the house. When we entered the house it was 52 degrees in the house. Also there was DECON on the kitchen counters.

Our cabin experience was wonderful. The whole cabin was perfect for our group of 10. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything Branson has to offer. Would definitely love to visit again.

Pleasure to stay and really clean. Only bummer was construction on house next door but wasn't too bad with the saw going. Will come back again definitely. Really worth your money.

Very easy

We loved this cabin! We have been coming to Branson during the month of Nov for the past 24 years. This was one of our favorite locations. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well supplied, the fire pit and the view were awesome! Our only complaint was there wasn’t sufficient COMFORTABLE seating for our group of 6 on the main level. The lower level had enough if we doubled up in the 2 chair and a half’s . We had an elderly person and one that had just had surgery so the stairs weren’t good for them to get to the comfy furniture. Other than this we had no complaints!

Cabin was exactly as advertised. Relatively secluded with a great view of the lake. Just 10 minutes from any number of restaurants and activities. It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 1 baby.

We will def. stay here again. We had an issue with a toilet and they sent someone right over to fix it. Awesome hosts and great location

My family really enjoyed staying here. The house was very clean and comfortable, they view was beautiful, and the lake was very close. Branson is not very mask friendly, so we stayed at the house most of our trip and really enjoyed our time there.

We were incredibly pleased! The view of the lake both upstairs and downstairs was very pretty. We walked right down and walked into the lake to float around together. Inside, the house was just right. 3 king rooms and a bunk room with two double beds made it easy to fit our family. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the two living areas were comfortable with great TV’s. Loved both the upper deck for morning coffee and the lower patio for sitting around the fire pit. We would definitely return and recommend it to friends!

Cleanliness was a 4. Could have been a 5 by spending the necessary time. Coffee pot had a problem but it was corrected. One kitchen chair is missing a lower rung which need to be corrected before someone falls. One main floor recliner is badly broken down and worn. Not comfortable and an eyesore. One main floor patio door was unusable. Both lower floor patio door locks are broken. Doors are being locked by propping short 2 X 4's in the door frame. Glad we brought coffee because it was almost empty. Needed more dishwasher pods and garbage bags. Due to Covid we always ate there so that is why we were short supplies. Do the the proximity of water the kids enjoyed the lake tremendously. Easy corrections and with that in mind we would probably consider the property again.

Overall we were happy with the house. We were able to do everything we’d expect. There were 6 adults in our party and we had plenty of room. The house was clean and the area is nice. There isn’t really a view of the water, which was a little disappointing. The trees block the view, but that is not the fault of the owner as the trees are on public property. The coffee maker was broken but was replaced within a few hours of calling the property manager. Some opportunities to be even better: The downstairs living area is nice & big, but wasn’t used because we couldn’t get the tv to work. The guests who stayed in the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms said their tv was “tiny”. But not sure how much they’d watch anyway.

Very nice please to stay, clean and well furnished.

Fun summer stay in Branson

We really enjoyed staying here. It was perfect for our size of group. The pictures make the cabin look bigger than it really is. However, our party of 8 fit perfectly. Take extra blankets as the bottom level gets really cold. And turn on the fan on the top level because that one gets hot.

Loved the property and surroundings.

Had an amazing time at the cabin. This cabin had everything you could need. The high chair and pack n play was great to have since we couldn’t fit our grand daughters in the car. The cabin was close to everything, food, shopping, and of course the lake!!! We will definitely be back for a return trip. If we could recommend a Mexican food restaurant it would be Tequila II not to far away.

The house was clean & inviting for our family winter trip. We were all so excited that the house was decorated for Christmas! We were hoping for a Christmas tree but got so much more. Our stay was perfect!
