Our family had a great stay. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Communication was great with owner with fast replies. He was nice and let us check in 2 hours early which worked great for us. The inside of house was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend

We were a group of 7 adults (3 generations) and our pets visiting Ft. Myers for the 50th anniversary of the City of Palms Classic basketball tournament and catching up with family. The open floor plan provided plenty of space for us to gather. While the individual bedrooms and baths gave everyone some privacy. We were a 10 to 20-minute drive from every location we visited which was so convenient! The owner was incredibly quick to respond to my simple little questions. The neighborhood provided many different walking opportunities for us to exercise too.

I selected this property because I had to be in the area for a funeral and lots of family would be coming to visit. This home was exactly what i needed. Extremely spacious. Very nice pool area. 4 bedrooms (only 1 bedroom tv, that shows a green picture). Very nice neighborhood and neighbors. I would absolutely book this home again. My only complaint, if we want to call it that is parking. Only 4 cars can be in the driveway. Any other cars would need to park 3 blocks away and walk back to the home. I had my guests park there but I picked them up so that they didn't have to walk. Other than that, I'm very happy with my stay.

We all enjoyed our stay very much. The house was perfect for us. Comfy couches and chairs to visit on. Nice large table for meals. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. Thanks again!

Our experience was great, really enjoyed the location and the property. The furniture and tubs are a little dated but I would recommend this property to any looking for a convenient location to stores and convention center.

We were in town for a funeral & although it was further than 20 min from immokalee as we were told, we all had a great stay. Some minor wear and tear in the property but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Property is close to many food & store locations so don’t have to travel to far for anything. We all definitely enjoyed our stay & if we need to we would book here again!

The property was very nice. We enjoyed the amenities. We were not aware it is a "Smart House". Anyone technically challenged will have problems. It was a bit of a challenge for us but with Lucas's help, we managed. The only other complaint is the toilets are all too low. We as an other group of renters had problems.

Over all was s great spot for my party, very stocked and organized. Was not far from most necessities and was in a great neighborhood.

This house was well equipped with a grill and beautiful pool and hot tub. Sleeping and visiting were very comfortable. The host was available for questions or help.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. The pool is clean and relaxing with a hot tub and eating area. The music with the Alexa in each room was fun. It was comfortable and pleasant!

The house was clean, and exactly as advertised. We had several small kids with us and they had a great time in the pool. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for something in the area. The owners were great to work with and very accommodating.

The property was a great little ranch house in a sleepy Florida neighborhood. Near to businesses and about 20mins from the beach. The place was clean, all the amenities were efficient and explained (AC, wifi, pool temp), and checkin/out was straightforward. Excellent stay.

This is a very roomie place in a well established safe neighborhood that is blocks to stores and quick access to roads to get you to the beach! Getting an extra hour for check in and out was a HUGE plus. Walking in the door you are greeted with a massive kitchen/dining area so perfect it was like a magazine photo! LOTS of kitchen items for making meals, newer appliances, big counter space and many cabinets. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable mattresses and so well decorated. The living room is big and full of places to sit comfortably to visit or relax and watch TV. The laundry room was so convenient and the sink in there was a big plus. The pool and hot tub were amazing! We struggled with the heaters on both but Charles was able to remote in to get them working overnight. Having the lanai as well as the large patio table and chairs allowed room for visiting and playing games. Tall fence surrounded the backyard that gave us wonderful privacy we often forgot we had neighbors! Loved the Alexa for music. If you are not familiar or comfortable with the Alexa in each room just unplug it. We are used to it and use them regularly. The home is VERY clean and I would love to stay again!

The house itself was nice, needed updating, but was fine. The pool and hot tub were nice and we spent most of our time outside. We agree with many of the complaints of Lynn G. The area of the home is in a not so great residential neighborhood. It is however close to lots of restaurants. We also had an issue with the keypad. They 4 digit code we were given did not get us into the house. A quick call to Lucas and he reset the code and it worked right away. I can assure you that we were using the correct code that was given to us. The main issue we had were that they had an abundance of Alexas all through out the house, including in each bedroom/living area. Which if you are familiar with them, you know when people are "dropping in and listening" to your conversations. We noticed that they were spinning green often, which is a notification that they may be listening to you. We didn't think much of this at first, and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The second night we were there, somebody "dropped in" on one of the Alexas and seemed to be drunk. This person was swearing and complaining that we had Alexa's offline. We had unplugged some of them, since they had them in every room. It was an uneasy feeling, since we had confirmed that they were listening to our conversations. We recorded the Alexa when this happened, I do believe this is illegal. Be warned if you are staying here.

Only one TV and lacked good News & Sports channels. No TVs in bedrooms. Alexa sinc programming was confusing at times for lights and music/tv. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay at your residence. Pool area & outdoor grilling was great. All appliances worked great. Thank you to our host/s who were excellent to work with!

The home is located in a very run down neighborhood but only 4 blocks from 41 so convenient for shopping, restaurants etc. There was a lack of supplies. No garbage bags except what was in the can to start with. Only 4 dishwasher tabs, only enough laundry soap to do 2 loads, only a few rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. Not anywhere near enough for a 2 week stay. There was ample dishes, kitchen ware and towels, including beach towels. No TV in master bedroom. The tub in the hall bath was awful. The enamel peeling away. There was not a book of written instructions on using Alexa, the TV, the pool and spa, etc. On a positive note, the saving grace of this home is the private pool and spa. We had trouble keeping the pool and spa heated but the owners were responsive and controlled it remotely. Note that there are cameras in the pool area. I was also concerned that the owner showed up early one morning to service the pool without informing us. If I had walked out to the pool with my morning coffee and there was a man out there, I would have been afraid and startled. The owners were responsive within minutes of my texts and questions.

Came into town for a family member's birthday celebration, and 7 of us stayed here. A wonderful experience! Great comms with the owner, and the place was exactly as advertised. Very welcoming touches added as well. Would definitely recommend!

The host. Lucas was efficient and helpful. Also, he had many details in the home that I've never seen or heard of that were very thoughtful specifically the welcoming Alexa and automated coffee brewing shortly after we walked in. The snacks were a huge relief for my littles as I was needing to get dinner started. All beds were decent, clean with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Bathrooms were older but very functional, hot water and fresh clean towels. Loved the large kitchen, although I recommended adding stools for the counter top. Plus of details and lots of thought out into this place. We would definitely stay again. Location was very convenient to everything. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition to our needs as well. We needed some extra space before our wedding in Fort Myers to entertain some out of town guests. The property was perfect for that. The pool/hot tub was awesome and the whole house was perfect for our large group.

This house was clean and well furnished. The pool was large and clean. It was very nice having a hot tub in the cooler evenings. The beds were comfortable. I would return in the future. Thank you for the wonderful relaxing stay!
