Have to jump through a lot of hoops, but I guess that’s the way it is.

We’re a group of 4 couples visiting Palm Springs for Modernism Week. We appreciated a personal tour of the house. The location was perfect for our stay. The warmth of the house made us feel welcome. We all had an amazing time!

Loved the property, would have loved to stay longer. Pool and patio areas are great. Really loved meeting David -- very helpful and responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

This has everything! The location is fantastic and you are minutes from downtown or the airport. Walking in the neighborhood was amazing to do at nighttime; the lights are beautiful. The pool is fantastic, and the bathroom off the pool is a life savor. Did I mention that there are two sets of washers/dryers? So if you have children...this was a game changer for us! Great property and we can't wait to stay here for a 3rd time!

Great property! Pool is really nice, everything worked, bedrooms were all great and nice that everyone had their own bathroom. Property is very close to neighbors so you have to watch noise levels, as neighbors are liable to call police. Wasn't an issue for us

Beautiful large five bedroom house that is close to the town. The kitchen is huge and has all the amenities needed but your also close to a lot of great restaurants.

The property was just as the pictures stated. We had all accommodations that we needed. The pool was beautiful and refreshing! Would highly recommend this property!

The White House was EXACTLY what we needed for a relaxing getaway for the 4th of July weekend! The house was SO spacious & came fully stocked with every kitchen gadget you could think of. We did a lot of cooking inside, but braved the heat to grill outside one night, & the house had everything from grilling tools to serving trays! The only downside, which is applicable for ANY rental in Palm Springs (you'd think they'd value tourism revenue more), is that you cannot play music outside at any time of day - or even talk louder than 50 decibels - & the White House has full-time neighbors. We downloaded a decibel reader & you would be surprised how quiet even 50 decibels is - so just be wary if you are looking for a party house! David informed us of all of the rules when he helped us check in, & was very accessible leading up to & after our stay (he even over-nighted my laptop that I mistakenly left at the property)! 5 stars for the house & the customer service. Thank you Mod Mansions!!

Beautiful home, David was so on top of things and communicative. However I don’t think we’d stay here again just because of how strict they are with the noise control.

Wonderful house w 5 bedrooms and baths. Great long dining table for family meals. Best for older kids because there is no outdoor music allowed which we loved because the garden is secluded with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi and the neighborhood is sooo quiet! The homes in the neighborhood are really cool midcentury modern restored to Hollywood era glory with great gardens to check out. We saw a roadrunner! We just cooked, walked, biked, swam, relaxed and enjoyed time w family after our covid vaccines. This place is an oasis away from drunken down town Palm Springs and is a great place to do art, rest and relax.

Other than the strict noise restrictions (no fault of the property) it was a perfect stay.

My only complaint is the noise ordinance. Could not have music outside which is crazy. We were not able to enjoy the pool or jacuzzi. Cause we were not able to listen to music or have conversations outside after 8pm.

Enough room for my family get-away celebration for my 55th birthday celebration.

Great time for my birthday with some friends. We were warned to be extra quiet as the neighborhood is sensitive to any type of noise. I think we did a good job of following their request. The BBQ had a snafu and the master toilet needed to be flushed when we got there, but a decent house. The owners and management company definitely have thought out your stay and want very much for you to enjoy the house. I appreciate the effort. I would stay here again for sure.

This house was exactly what I was looking for. Everyone had their personal space if desired and we had plenty of space to all be together.

A wonderful experience and a lovely home for my family over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Plenty of room for all of us. Of all the homes I’ve rented over the years this house had the most well stocked kitchen I’ve been in and really appreciated the convenience of having everything I needed right there. Thank you David for a smooth checkin and your Communication was so quick. thank you!

The White House was a perfect place for our family gathering. It was clean, well appointed with a stocked kitchen for cooking a couple of meals. There were 6 adults, 2 children and 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. Lots of room to relax inside and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. David was a wonderful, attentive and responsive host. He got back to use quickly when we contacted him before and during our stay when we asked to heat the pool. The location was quiet, close to restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. Our experience was so pleasant, we will return to the White House on our next family Palm Springs adventure!

Nine of us stayed here for three nights and it was the perfect house and amazing getaway. The check-in and check-out process was very clear and easy. The house is clean, beautiful artwork and the backyard is exactly what we needed.

This place was incredible, we really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was flawless and very well managed. The house had everything needed for us to fully enjoy ourselves! The walls are a little thin so you need to make sure to keep the noise down for people going to bed earlier, but other than that, this place was amazing!

9 of us stayed at the White House. It more than met our expectations. From the reservation, to checkin, to immediate responses, to checkout and follow up, all was seamless. We will be back. Thank you Jim, David and Laurie for all you did to Make our trip memorable. Calgary, AB

I love this home! We are a large group of 10 adults and this was the perfect home for our family! The home is impeccable and in perfect condition. Dealing with the team at Mod-Mansions was so easy! They took excellent care of us. The only drawback if any was the "sound ordinance" imposed by the City of Palm Springs on the home due to its location. However, we still managed to have a FABULOUS time! I would definitely return to The White House!

The house is perfect for extended families for groups of friends with lots of space and bathrooms for everyone. We spent most of our time in the pool and jacuzzi. The backyard and pool area was a great getaway for relaxing and sunning. We hired a private chef one night and he had everything he needed with plenty of space to give us a memorable meal outside. I would definitely recommend that you pay the extra pool heating cost if you plan on visiting during December through March.
