This condo is located right on the beach . It is also walking distance to many attractions . You can park your car and never need it through your stay . The condo itself has been remodeled and has every thing you need to make your stay enjoyable.

Todd was AMAZING! From the minute we booked he was communicative and always there to answer any questions during the visit. The condo was clean and well stocked with the basics. The bathroom was stunning! All beds were comfortable and clean. Will definitely be coming back and staying again. Thank You for a great weekend friends getaway!

This condo is the perfect place to stay in Beach Haven. You can walk to many restaurants/shops or hop on the bike path for a leisurely bike ride to the north or south. The condo was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. As an added bonus (especially in cooler weather) you can see the sunrise over the ocean from the comfort of the condo. In fact, the view of the ocean was beautiful and calming any time of the day. We can’t say enough about our host Todd. He was extremely informative, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the great work Todd…this is a true gem!

This property was perfect for our getaway. Beautiful views of the ocean which was steps away and a great location to restaurants and stores within walking distance. Todd was super helpful in with instructions getting there and recommendations on where to go. We went during to off season and it was my first time going to LBI but I definitely want to go back during the summer and love to stay here again.

Perfect spot for a family getaway. The pool is clean and you can’t get much closer to the beach. Tons of activities and restaurants in walking distance. Unit is small but the space is well laid out and had everything we needed for a week away.

This is the perfect place! The condo is well equipped with everything you need, within walking distance of many restaurants and best of all, just a short walk across the parking lot to the beach!! You even have a nice view of the ocean from the porch! Todd was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions you might have. I would highly recommend this vacation property and I know I'll be coming back!!

The property was great for our needs- great location with ocean view from the front porch. I enjoyed watching the sunrise from the living room. It was clean, tastefully decorated, with updated floors and bathroom. Walkable to restaurants and shops. It was a chilly weekend and the condo was warm and comfortable. It is a cozy space and our family had fun! The bedroom is more of a large bedroom with. A divider that allows two private ish sleeping areas, but sound passes easily through the divider.
The owner was communicative and helpful.

*Kitchen was well stocked
*close to restaurants and beach
*very cozy
*nice view of the ocean
Cons:
*the renter contacted me multiple times by phone and text. Everything could have been put on Vrbo. Also, he calls me upon checkout when everything is written in the condo.
*dirty washcloth he told me to just put back when it had been used.
*it said there was a washer/dryer but it was closed for winter.
*it says two bedrooms when it’s one bedroom with a divider.

This is a great little condo literally steps from the beach. The location is absolutely prime for an extended stay as it is 2 blocks to a well-stocked grocery store and multiple restaurants. It is far enough off of the main road to be away from traffic noise...if there were any: the beach in winter is spectacular and this condo is right priced for the experience.

Beach Haven is our “go to place” on LBI where restaurants, shopping, & the beach are all within walking distance. Condo is right on the beach with a partial ocean view from the 2nd floor. Todd was an excellent host & owner providing a plethora of information. Condo is small but adequate & nicely decorated in a beachy decor. Will definitely stay here again should the opportunity arise.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay. The location of this rental is fantastic. Steps away from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bay. Todd the property manager was excellent and provided a complete run down of the area and the property. The check in and check out process were convenient and smooth. I would definitely recommend this rental and will be back again.

Our property was perfect for our stay. It was clean, and close to everywhere we wanted to go. No car was needed. Our host Todd was great and always available if need be. Being so close to the beach was another added plus, not to mention the great weather we had. This place suited us all to a "T".

The owner of the property and of this specific condo keep the property immaculate; other owners & pool staff/management are respectful and make safety a priority. My daughter and I have never felt more safe, happy, comfortable, and peaceful. With so much gratitude, we thank you so very much for sharing your home and letting us rent your condo :):) we are so sad to be leaving tomorrow- will definitely be back next year and hopefully the year after that :):) thank you again:):)
