This house is settled in a cute and quiet neighborhood of Tallahassee. Very clean, and full of character and charm.

This is a sweet retreat from the hotel experience. Located in a lovely, old neighborhood, this “cottage” is fully stocked for overnight or a month. No, it’s not the Four Seasons but it was comfortable and cozy and perfect for our recent 4-day stay.

This cottage had what we needed for our quick weekend visit. The 6 of us slept well in our beds and the house was clean. While we didn't use much of the kitchenette mostly just the refrigerator, I noticed it was stocked with all the basics. I also appreciated the conveniences of things I forgot to pack like a blow dryer, shampoo, and conditioner. This was perfectly located less than 10 minutes from all the events we attended on the FSU campus. Thank you, Lela!

Pros: location, beautiful outdoor space, hosts were incredibly helpful when there was a glitch in the vrbo system, well decorated, nice linens and towels. Possible cons: it’s a compact space but as long as that doesn’t bother you, we highly recommend it.

This place was awesome. We had 6 adults so it was a tight fit but it was very clean and comfortable. Location was great as well. Would for sure stay here again. The host is very responsive.

From the beginning, the search for our “Home away from Home” was about location, combined with comfort & cleanliness, and our suite did not disappoint. We loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a nice neighborhood with a private entry. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Nice to have space for us to eat, relax and watch TV, and we all benefited from WiFi. Comfy beds. We will be back for sure.

This home was very cute and clean and the owners were great communicators. We really enjoyed our time there. Just a couple of things worth mentioning in case it helps someone just be more prepared - the AC/Heat is run by the owners through an app, so you have to ask them to turn it up or down for you and they will set it - just be prepared that you cannot keep switching the temperature yourself, but the owners were very quick with communication about this and texted us to make sure all was ok. The only other thing is if you don't notice in the online picture that the fridge in the kitchen is just a mini fridge -- so be prepared to bring an ice chest and your own ice!!!

Great little place close to FSU and downtown. Easy check-in and well-equipped. A nice neighborhood alternative to the chaos of downtown.

You can't beat the location in midtown of this cozy cottage. Our family of 4 was comfortable. The space is smaller than I expected from the pictures, but we were totally fine. We were there to visit our college student, so not hanging out there inside a lot. Beds are comfortable, loved the style and decor, coffee items were provided, and we loved spending morning time in the courtyard. Having that outdoor space was a wonderful extension of the cottage. We walked to dinner and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Questions were answered quickly by the host, and we would stay here again!

This was a perfect property for my friend and I and our fiancé’s to stay in while we were in town for a wedding. The location is the best part - walking distance to midtown restaurants and bars! Lela was also super responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a charming rental with a lovely garden in a forested neighborhood. Our second time staying here! Close to everything, and a quiet garden patio. We’ll be back soon!

Although the location was excellent, the picture of the front of the house was very misleading. That’s not where we were able to stay. Where we stayed was in the very back which was a small studio. It’s a good thing we were eating out because the appliances were rudimentary at best.

We had a great time, very well located, very charming house ! Perfect for a long weekend. Owner extremely responsive and welcoming.

We recently enjoyed a visit from our son's family. He and his wife visited with their two children. We live in Tallahassee, but rented this home for their four night stay. It was great for them to have a place to retreat to at the end of a day with us to put the kids down and have their own space. The garden patio was perfect for outside time. The location is superb and they enjoyed a lovely walk to midtown breakfast one morning. I will recommend this idea to all my friends who are grandparents!

The ladies were more than helpful and were very accommodating.

Loved that we felt at home. It was so cozy there. Beds were comfy and the patio was lovely. The shower was super teeny and not as clean as I prefer. Also, there was a washer and dryer there and we used it but were told not to because it was for emergencies only. But that wasn’t written down anywhere. We washed a sweater that had gotten food on it and a large towel that we purchased.

Excellent property. Great Service. Perfect for a family (with kids) visit to the capitol. Owner was very accommodating.
