This is a central location for the main strip in Puerto del Carmen but away from the noise. Emails to Rossi were promptly answered and we had no issues with the accommodation . I would use the apartment again if returning to the location. It is a private apartment across from the Cinco Plaza hotel.

Lovely apartment near the beach, quiet location but close to "everything", supermarket und restaurants nearby. Clean and nice, well equipped, great view especially when for sunset. Would definitely rent again

Good experience we went into lock down after 3 days but were still here waiting for rescue flight they have been very accommodating.

Great Location, but different instructions on arrival would have been helpful. This apartment is not part of the Parque Tropical site, and you should get out of the taxi outside the Cinco Plazas hotel, which is directly opposite. We had no contact from Roberto whilst there other than a telephone conversation to report a problem. After a week our TV had stopped working, and with permission & guidance from Roberto it was re-booted and fixed. We did however inform him that a towel rail and hook had come off the wall in the bathroom, but this was never fixed. For the first 2 weeks there were only 2 of us stopping, but there were 4 for the last week. To make things cosier we rearranged the settee to a new angle, there was a lot of dust behind the settee, and the only broom or mop we could find were on the balcony and not very clean for indoor use. We did not report this to Roberto, it was not a major problem. General observations, again not reported, were that there were only 2 sunbeds and no umbrellas on the balcony. There is a very good roll out blind, but in February it did not shade the sun at any time. Although not required, we could not find a heater in the apartment. We had a great holiday overall, and would certainly go back again.

Very nice apartment! Two spacious bedrooms. Nice kitchen and bathroom. And the view from the terrace is stunning. Just a few minutes down the road and you are in the middle of Carmen. The location is perfect. Restaurants, shopping and that lovely beach. So glad we didn’t book on any crowded hotel. Thanks for letting us stay in the A3 apartment. Hope to stay here again some day.

Great views, quiet but close to strip. Look forward to going back.

First impression when opening the door was wow, how spacious and the light this property is, the walk in rain shower is a nice touch with handles on the wall so as not to slip when getting in and out. Having two bed rooms was ideal as we could have whole wardrobe each and choice of room to sleep in, the front bed room is definitely the cooler of the two. We enjoyed the large terrace balcony of evening watching the sun set and you have an amazing sea and mountain view to wake up to. It was also easy to just relax of an evening when staying in as the tv has all English channels, cooking in the property was also easy due to the four ring hob however it does lack an oven, the washing machine is straight forward to use. There is a large super market across the road and two very nice but very different restaurants just a couple of hundred meters away, the beach and all other bars and restaurants are literally at the bottom of the road, within five minutes you're in the thick of it. Its a lovely little apartment with great views, it's close to bars and restaurants, it lacks an oven and needed a quick sweep through when we arrived but that aside we will definitely return.
