This is our third stay here in 2 summers. Each time the stay has been just what we needed. The pool is wonderful, and a necessary respite in a very hot Las Cruces summer. The house is cool and comfortable, when everything you need supplied. It is noteworthy that many vacation rentals have things that were obviously only supplied to get people by, like flimsy silverware or cookware, a tiny coffee pot, etc. This home, however, really feels like it has been stocked to be used by someone living there, making it easy to feel at home. Similarly, many vacation homes are generally clean, but this house is immaculate--they even ensure that things like the often-overlooked baseboards and intake AC vents have been cleaned. Carol is so easy to work with as well, and ensures that the landscaping and pool are maintained during your stay. Highly recommended, once again.

Lovely property and a fabulous stay !

Had a great stay. The neighborhood was quiet and secluded but close to eating and shopping opportunities. We are NMSU alums and appreciate coming to visit Las Cruces as often as we can.

Plenty to do. Hiking,restaurants,White sands. Very safe and well kept

We felt very comfortable here. Your home is lovely and we enjoyed every minute we were there. Wish it would have been summer to enjoy the pool so I guess we’ll have to come back.

This was a perfect place to spend a couple of weeks getting to know Las Cruces. The location is amazing, we were a short walk from desert trails and the Organ mountains were visible wherever we went. Groceries, restaurants, the plaza are all within a few minutes drive or even walk. The house had everything we needed. It was well stocked and easy to live in. Thank you

Absolutely loved our stay. The rental was perfect. We were able to grill, use the spa and sit and relax at the fire pit a few nights. Neighborhood was super quite and easy access to all our needs. Bed was perfect for sleeping and whole house was super clean.

Four of us stayed at this luxury property and were absolutely delighted. The home, all the amenities and the pool/patio are beautiful. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Carol and we couldn't ask for a better home to relax in. Be sure to watch the nice Youtube video if you're using the spa--very helpful!

I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's since 2009 and this one is one of the nicest and well supplied I've been in. The house is very easy to find and very clean. The pool and hot but are awesome and very, very private. The neighborhood was great it was quiet and had some nice walking/hiking, Dog walking trails. Convenient to everything you need, some really good restaurants and grocery stores. Absolutely would stay again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was stocked with all the necessities, and the pool was an excellent feature we used daily!

This is a wonderful location. The house is great, clean, well stocked, the pool was wonderful and the neighborhood is very quiet.

What a sweet home for a getaway or longer. Comfortable beds, great kitchen and wonderful pool. It was really nice to come "home" after a long day out and get to enjoy the pool in a nice quiet safe neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We'd definitely stay again!

We have stayed here twice and plan to return in 2023. Carol is amazing to work with and the home is beautiful! We love all of the natural light and space. My husband and I work remotely, and were able to spread out and get our work done. The location cant be beat. The house is right near all local shopping areas and a quick Uber to Old Mesilla! Looking forward to next year:)

This home checked all our requirements for a four day stay in Las Cruces. Conveniently located for day trips to National Parks and hiking trails. Close to downtown shopping and great restaurants. The home was comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Carol was very helpful at making our stay perfect. We would definately stay at this property again.

Great location, impeccably clean and very quiet. It was a perfect neighborhood for us with walking and running trails nearby. Easy access to Mesilla and downtown Las Cruces with plenty of dining opportunities. We would definitely stay again.

Had a great time ! Hosts were great ! Plenty of hiking nearby , Plus , The farmers market allowed us to purchase all we needed to cook all week in a well supplied kitchen .

We planned to walk 2-3 miles daily. Hike in the desert and the mountains. We planned to golf 2-3 days a week. We were able to do all of these activities with convenience. The golf courses were close. We walked the neighborhood and the desert trails just up the street. Dripping Springs was a short drive away.

Lovely home with pool and spa. Great kitchen and master suite. My friend and I really enjoyed this property during our week-long stay in Las Cruces. Comfortable and convenient for sight-seeing, heading into town and day-trips. The host is attentive without being intrusive. Would stay there again.
