We had planned a week stay in 2019 and had to postpone due to a surprise pregnancy. Then Covid pushed it out until 2022. Paola was amazing communicating and being so kind with all the changes. She planned our meals, events, car rides, and an outing for us all with a large bus. Everything was perfect! I don’t speak Italian and worried about the language barrier but she had everything just as I requested and stayed in full communication with us the entire stay. I honestly can’t believe how perfect the week was. We had a large group from 7 months old-84 years old and every single guest was taken care of, loved every area of the property, and slept like babies. The rooms and property are better in person. The meals they cooked were delicious and kept us all full and happy. The wedding events were unbelievable. It was more then I could have ever imagined they even surprised us with fireworks. The owner also showed up and checked in on us, there customer service is excellent! They care about their guests and did everything we requested and more. This property, the owner, and staff is the BEST! I hope to be back soon. Thank you so much!! For a perfect week and fairy tale wedding.

The property was an incredible holiday experience for my family, the rooms & area which surrounds the Pool & Psalm Trees was a great setting. Being able to accommodate all 20 of us around a table both in & outside was perfect. A lot of fun for all of us with some great pictures & family memories to cherish

We were a big family who spent one week in the fantastic masseria quedralli! The pictures on the website lived up to our expectations. The pool is absolutely incredible!! The lounge next to the pool is also a very nice place to spend time together. Paola, Ramona and Georgia were so helpful, both before the trip and in the villa. Before we arrived we were helped to buy things we wanted to be there (groceries, alcohol, etc.), it was much appreciated. We had dinner four evenings which we can really recommend, so good! It was easy to communicate with the host, despite our many questions. Even during our stay we were in contact as she wanted to ensure we enjoyed everything. The area is nice and there are many beautiful beaches and other things to do nearby. We are SO happy with our week and would love to come back again!

We spent 1 week at Masseria Quadrelli for our wedding and it was the best week we could have hoped for. The owner, Ramona, Georgia and Paola are all so helpful with the entire process and organised everything for us. The venue is stunning (the pictures don’t do the rooms justice they are huge!) and the pool area incredible.

We are a group of 20 friends and we had a wonderful stay in the villa. The villa is exactly as pictured, the spaces are large and perfectly suited for large groups. We were very well received by the house staff, who were very attentive to our needs. We had two evenings of meals with them and were served beautifully. All the dishes were excellent, cooked on the spot and served as a buffet or at the table. We will definitely be back!

We rented Masseria Quadrelli for 7 nights with 22 people ranging from 12 to 80 years old. We were Americans celebrating a 50th birthday. The house is just as beautiful as it looks in the photos, and even better. The rooms are all spacious and some of them are enormous. The pool is the best private pool we've ever seen. It has a very deep end and a gradual shallow end so it's perfect for all ages. It's surrounded by well-tended vegetation and was very clean. We were there in August and it was very hot. The pool wasn't heated, but it didn't need to be. It was a very comfortable temperature. I did have some issues communicating with the host in advance and it was difficult to determine the layout of the house, size of the rooms, and what services are available. There also weren't enough photos of the indoor common areas like the kitchen, living room, and dining rooms. I think that a floor plan of the property would be a very helpful thing to provide, along with more information about different menus with prices that could be provided by Ramona, the chef, and her crew, and more photos of the interior. Ramona, her daughter Angela, and the other helpers were all AMAZING. The dinner that they cooked for us the first night was incredible and the leftovers fed us lunch all week. They also cooked a beautiful breakfast for us each morning. We wish that we had hired them for more dinners and definitely recommend that future guests hire them for any dinners that they don't want to cook. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to cook for large groups. There are two ovens, two refrigerators, two sinks, and a ton of cooking space. It would have been nice to have more cutting boards, but we kept forgetting to ask for that. Most anything we asked for they brought us right away. They even bought us a ping pong table, which we used a ton and we were very grateful to have it. They were helpful for finding any services we needed (pharmacy, printing), and even sewed up some split shorts for us. There were two main issues that we had with the house. First, the air conditioning wasn't working in two of the rooms when we first arrived. But it was fixed by the next day. The other issue was the front gate, and this didn't get fixed all week. The gate opens with a fob and they didn't have enough fobs for us, and some of them didn't work well. It was very frustrating not being able to get in and out of the property when we wanted to.

We had an excellent time in masseria Quadrelli, the property was amazing and very much in line with what we expected from the description and our talks with Paola; when we arrived a few things had to be fixed and the property staff managed them very quickly within the day. The masseria is very close to Otranto and the closest beaches are just 15 min drive away. If we have the chance to come back to Salento again, we will for sure be back here!

The staff at the property were friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend taking up their offer to do a shop on your behalf before getting there. It made the arrival super easy and having all the food a drinks ready to go. Paula was extremely helpful and was contactable at all times. The dinner that the staff cooked was amazing and I wish we had done it multiple times. Would love to stay here again.

We've organised our wedding in masseria quadrelli and it was beyond our expectations. The masseria itself is so beautifull, all the rooms are very spacious and have huge bathrooms. The swimming pool is a real eye-catcher and has a huge wauw-feeling! The hostesses are so adorable and they do EVERYTHING to make life comfortable. Our wedding ceremony, party and dinner was amazing, beautiful and a surprise with fireworks was incredible ! When we think back of our stay it's filled with tears of hapiness ! I would recommand this to everybody! Thank you @masseria quadrelli for an unforgettable once in a lifetime experience!

The service was impeccable, the house had the most beautiful swimming pool and spacious rooms!
