I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning property and it exceeded all expectations. Truly amazing property, super close to downtown Nashville, I was able to have all my friends and family stay together in one spot for the weekend and enjoy. The kids love the hot tub didn't wanna leave the property after the weekend was over. Beautiful backyard with fire pits. In addition to the exceptional amenities, the property's host went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable.

I could say so many wonderful things about this property. We all enjoyed every minute that we were at the house. Both houses were very well kept and were beautiful inside and out. The host was amazing and quickly answered any question that we had. It is a quick 10 minute uber to broadway so it feels like you are close enough to get there quickly but far enough to relax in the evenings. Anyone who is going with a larger group I would highly recommend this house.

The listing comfortable housed 18 guys for a long weekend for a bachelor party celebration. Highly impressed with the property! Michael was accessible, responsive, and helpful as needed. Ran into zero issues and had a blast!

We had my cousin's 50th birthday party here and it was a perfect space! The backyard is HUGE with plenty of gated parking for vehicles (even got our 32' RV back there). The two hot tubs were great, as was the large bluetooth speaker to play music throughout. Even the bunk beds were adult sized! More like queens than twins. Could easily sleep two people on each one. Also, the added services of alcohol and food delivery were above and beyond. We didn't need them for our trip but for those groups flying everyone in, I could see this being a huge logistical help. Would definitely recommend for any larger groups looking for a home base in Nashville. Just 10 min ride from downtown or 15 min to Grand Old Opry.

We stayed at the property for a joint bachelor/ bachelorette and had an amazing stay! The houses had plenty of sleeping spaces and amenities. The hosts were responsive and helpful! We definitely would stay here again

We went to Nashville for my Bachelorette trip. We’re all 35 and older so we needed a place with a lot of room and comfort. This place had it all. The hot tubs were great, the yard was perfect, and decks were amazing! There’s more than enough room and beds in this house. The owner was very nice! He checked in when we got there and gave us some recommendations. Our Ubers were $15-$20 but we had a big group so we got the XL’s so I didn’t think that was so bad. Just a quick ride downtown. East Nashville was a totally different chill vibe. I’m glad we were in our location bc we never would have discovered it. I had the best trip and so did all my girls. Highly recommend staying here!

First time to Nashville and Michael went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely fabulous. Came down with 19 of my closest friends and family members to celebrate my upcoming marriage. Location was great (10 minute Uber to downtown). The property (including the amazingly spacious backyard) was even better than expected and Michael's hospitality was absolutely top notch. Tons of fresh towels, linens, pillows, kitchen and bathroom supplies and so much more. Would absolutely recommend for a group coming to experience Nashville. 10/10. Thanks so much, Michael.

My friends and I stayed for a Bachelorette party. We had 14 of us and renting both houses was perfect in terms of space and it was easy to go between houses. The property manager was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall great experience.

We stayed here for a wedding and it comfortably fit the wedding party and their dates. Michael was easy to get a hold of to answer any questions. Very clean and fully stocked. with everything you need. Good location in relation to downtown. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

These houses were perfect for our large group staying in Nashville. The owner was very responses with all my questions and even did an alcohol delivery before we arrived and gave us the code to set up grocery delivery. The houses were spacious and clean with a beautiful backyard and patio for lawn games. The houses also came stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, linens, coffee, and extra supplies. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

First time visiting Nashville, in town for a destination wedding for our daughter. The two house more than accommodated family and wedding party. Back yard was awesome for hanging out and barbequing. We had some issues with the air conditioning and Michael came over immediately to resolve the problem. Couldn't be happier with our stay and can't wait to come back!

When looking for a place to rent for our large bachelorette party, we picked this place over similar listings because of the great reviews and we are so happy we did. I have stayed in many rentals and never have had a host more accommodating than Michael. He helped us with anything we needed and the houses are stocked with all the essentials you need. The houses are as nice as the photos, plenty of space for everyone. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

My fiancé and I stayed at this property for our joint Bachelor and Bachelorette parties. It exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we needed! We were able to use one house as the Bachelor house and the other as the Bachelorette house, but it was easy to go back and forth hanging out between the two. It was a very convenient location, and everything we wanted to do was about 10-15 mins away! We had a very large group and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. Highly recommend, the owner has clearly put a lot of thought into making this a great place to stay!

This Talbot's Corner location was perfect for our family. The two houses side by side worked very well for us, and the kitchen was stocked, and there were plenty of supplies for cleaning and washing clothes. There was a TV in every room, and the outdoor porches had TVs as well. We were close to every place we wanted to visit. Opryland Mills, Nissan Stadium, The African American Music Museum, Tennessee St, Fisk, Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities. The Kroger and Publix were both just a 10-minute drive away. There were games and a PlayStation and the backyard was huge. My grandkids loved the jacuzzi and spent quite a bit of time in them. An added bonus was the highchair that we used for the 15-month-old. The owner Michael was very responsive and offered great suggestions for our stay. We picked the perfect place for our family of 16.

We had such a great experience! Both properties were amazing! There were multiple refrigerators which was great, because we had a large group of people. The beds were very comfortable and towels were soft. There was fresh creamer and water/soda/alcohol. Check out process was very easy and Michael always responded to emails and texts quickly. He also offered discounts on some services such as a party bus, Uber rides, and alcohol. Our entire group was very impressed.

These houses were perfect for our 5 day gathering!! Both houses were beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. Was in a perfect location and close to the airport and Downtown/Broadway!! Had a wonderful time and truly appreciate having plenty of space for all of us & the owner was very prompt and responsive to all questions!!

The staff of The Crossing stayed with Michael and his property and it was an absolute wonderful stay. The staff shared how much fun it was to have two house, the loud house and the quiet house, as a group. We could not have asked for a better stay and the ability to also still feel like a team and build great relationships. The property is up to date and very comfortable. Michael was great at communication and very responsive when I called to ask questions. The area is improving its value with new buildings and remodels of older properties. We will definitely use the property when we return in two years for the next Spire Conference when it returns to Nashville.

We went to Nashville to celebrate my daughter's bachelorette party. We rented both houses and had 20 people. They fit our group perfectly. Beds are comfortable and there are a LOT of places to sleep. The backyard was great for games and the homes were open and had all amenities needed. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you have a big group.

Beautiful property with plenty of space to accommodate 23 people! The beds/mattresses were very comfortable, whether sleeping on a bed or pull out couch. Appliances were updated and everything we could needed was there. Michael went above and beyond to make sure we taken care of and had everything we needed.

My 23 person large family said it was our best reunion accommodations ever! Everyone was comfortable and had their own space and it truly felt like home. We would love to stay here again and recommend it to any other large parties also. The host was very nice and the kitchens were well stocked so we cooked dinner every night. We want to come back again when it’s not so hot so we can take advantage of the huge backyard, fire pits, and hot tubs! Definitely deserving of 5 stars!!!

My family and I stayed in these beautiful homes at the end of June. Driving into the residential neighborhood, I initially thought I may have been in the wrong area. The neighborhood is in transition but in a good way. I never felt unsafe in the homes. The yards are gated with plenty of room to play games or just lay in the sun. Each house had literally everything you could think of and more. They left us beverages in the refrigerators and there are many, many beds that were all so comfortable. Each home had it's own hot tub and outdoor propane fire pit. They were both very clean with updated appliances. There were plenty of towels. Check in and out was very easy. The owners were wonderful. We were minutes from Broadway street so an Uber was inexpensive. These are perfect homes for a reunion or girls' trip. Do not hesitate to book!
