Property was clean and spacious and met all our needs for this visit. Only little negative i might say would be nice to have a coupke extra towels since there were 5 of us staying for 3 nights, but not anything major distracting from our stay or visit

We stayed at this comfortable home while we moved our daughter in for her 2nd year of college. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and even some complimentary snacks and beverages. Plenty of room to visit as a family. Location was a great quiet neighborhood. Our host was very communicative.

The semi-rural location of the property was quiet and appreciated after family functions. Plus the location in proximity to US-35 made getting everywhere a breeze.Paschal is an attentive and responsive host, but leaves you to enjoy your stay in peace. Thanks! The house was spacious and in a good neighborhood. It was easy to find places in the Dayton area. The host was great to connect with and provided an easy checkin and out process. The house was warm upon arrival with no central AC but it didn’t take long to cool down with AC units in each room!

Paschal is a very attentive host. Check in and Check out intructions were easy and communicated well. Any questions I had were responded to in a timely manner. There were even complimentary snacks, water, juice, and some toiletries. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

We spent a few days in the home and I give it 4.5/5 stars. Communication with Paschal was top notch! He was attentive and responsive. I didn't have to request information as he was prompt with any form of communication. The area had me concerned, mainly from reading highest crime areas of the Dayton area, but prior reviews eased my mind. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with some land next to it. I didn't feel uneasy about the location. The only downfall about the location would be having to drive 15 minutes to a grocery store or restaurant. The house itself is old but has been updated to accommodate. It had a very welcoming feel to it. My biggest complaint had to do with some minor cleaning issues, however I notified Paschal verbally so that it may be addressed prior to the next tenant. Lastly, out of the 3 bedrooms, I (the reviewer) unfortunately had the worst bed in the house. The room across from the master had the most uncomfortable mattress (too firm) and the bed creaked at the slightest movement. I asked my family if they had any issues sleeping and they all loved their bed. To confirm this, I tested each bed and they were much more comfortable than mine. I needed an extra trip to the chiropractor after my unfortunate, broken bed. Aside from that, it was a nice place. The rest of my family loved it and had no complaints. The kitchen was lovely. The home is perfect for your Dayton area needs. Thanks again.

Very clean,central to lots of fun. Big adventure all within 2 hour drive. Location is great to explore that area of ohio. Very laxing home to enjoy family time in the evening

Paschal is a great host. He makes the check-in and out process easy. The neighborhood is quiet. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner for our taste.

Great place to stay! Very clean, comfortable rooms and beds. We had events in miamisburg, and the drive was about 15 minutes. Very easy to get back and forth to. Same with the airport.

We were in town for our daughters wedding. This house was the perfect place for us to relax and get ready for the special day. The house was very nice, clean and inviting. The snacks and drinks were very much appreciated. The host was very nice to work with and quickly replied to any questions we had. My husband is a runner and Possom Creek Metro park was close and a great place for him to run. We would gladly stay here again.

The owner told us were everything was to check-in and it was there. His instructions was simple for the check-in and check-out process. The house was clean, nice and open floor plan. And the grill was extra and it was put to good use. Thank you for everything.

It is clear that Paschal, the owner, is putting in much work and effort to take care of his property and make it as comfortable as possible for his guests. This home allowed us to avoid the hassle and expense of a hotel, while also enjoying the comforts of 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Bonus for being able to park our rental car in the garage. We greatly appreciated Paschal's efforts, and his home.

The house was exceptionally clean, nice furniture, and although the A/C is window units, they were more than enough to keep the entire house cool in the August heat. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, there was ample storage for clothing to include some hangers for hanging clothing. Each bedroom has a nice size closet and dresser. Usage of the garage was a good plus as we came back to the house late on several occasions and as anyone traveling in an area you are not familiar with, this was an added safety feature that was nice to be able to use. The neighborhood was actually very quiet. The home is right down the street from the Veterans Hospital so anyone needing to visit family members at the VA, this would be a nice option for rental. Kitchen appliances were outstanding. The ONLY complaint we had with the kitchen was there were no pans, only pots for cooking and we couldn't find a strainer. Otherwise, everything you could need to cook with is available to you. Our teenagers that accompanied us on the trip were even pleased with the home. The bathrooms are small, but they serve their purpose. There were plenty of towels, linens, etc for your use. The owner was outstanding to work with and very helpful and accommodating both before and during our trip. We were here Monday thru Saturday and was able to go to Kings Island, National Air Force Museum (would highly recommend this for anyone visiting Ohio - it was outstanding and we didn't get to see everything - it literally would take 2 days to see the entire museum), attended a Cincinnati Reds game, outlet shopping, and we checked out Ohio State University Campus. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!!!
