This home had more than enough room for our group for the week! We reserved this particular home for the bed sizes and the benefit of the first floor bedroom. It was close to everything we needed. We were in town to work on a condo we just purchased and family came along to help. At the end of a long day we were able to come back and relax for the evening. If you are vacationing this home is so close to Broadway at the Beach and Myrtle Waves. You will enjoy this home for your Myrtle trip! It has a washer and dryer, plenty of towels, TVs is all of the bedrooms and lots of space!

This VRBO was more than adequate for our extended family Christmas/New Year's. The place was very clean, well equipped. And roomy with great TVs to watch college football. Perfect location to a food lion as well as restaurants and golf. Will book again if we are in the area.

This is a beautiful home in a new neighborhood.It offered my family and I ample space and amenities for our vacation. We had excellent and prompt response with the host . He was such a kind and caring host which made our stay pleasant.Based on the host alone I would highly recommend this home to others

Property was clean, in a safe neighborhood and well equipped.Close to Broadway at the beach and a short drive to the beach. Check-in could not have been easier. I stayed here with all of my children and grandchildren. It was perfect for our needs.

Overall all was great, escalated an issue with the garbage disposal but not able to be fixed during our stay.

Brought the entire family, including our pup, for the Myrtle Beach Marathon. This is a clean, quiet, and modern home that's just 2 miles from the ocean, and a quick drive to restaurants and attractions. There's a wide, lighted sidewalk that's great for jogging or dog walking.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this location and we love it and will stay again next year for my daughter's volleyball tournament.

Nice home, community and close to all the things we were interested in. We never found the missing remote control. We were only able to watch two of the four tvs. The fridge never got cold and no luck with the ice maker. Overall, very nice and would stay again. Thank you.

I would definitely rent this property again nice bedrooms and showers, good quiet neighborhood close to everything I would recommend brightening the lights over the kitchen tightening kitchen faucet and putting in a nice family room coffee table and replacing the entertainment center for tv it was pretty worn and stained but everyone loved the property and stay

The rental process was very easy and the owner Nick was very quick responding to any questions we had. The home is beautiful and easily accommodated seven adults and two children. The locational was excellent what do I need to do indoors for those hot and humid days.
My only complaint would be the mattresses. Some of us had issues with the mattresses sinking towards the middle.

Property was very clean, comfy, spacious, and owner was incredibly responsive and communicative before and during our stay with any needs or questions we might have. Only notable downside is parking - garages are very tight and shared neighborhood driveways to park in, so you may not be able to park next to the house you're in if someone else is there. Otherwise very good stay and owner has Rokus setup in each room with TV, which we loved!

Very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Everything met or exceeded expectations. Awesome kitchen and equipment. Great TVs, plenty of room. Made great use of the garage especially when it was raining while we were packing to leave. Best location in Myrtle Beach. Literally at the gate of the Myrltewood Golf Complex and minutes to shopping, restaurants, church, post office, big box stores, outlets, beach. And owner was available and quickly responsive to our very few questions. Great stay!!

Had a wonderful time here with family and two dogs. The place is extremely spacious and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Short drive to the beach, shops, restaurants and Broadway on the Beach. I would definitely rent this place again.

The house was nice but did have some minor broken pieces of furniture which one the owner fixed and the other we were able to. Recommend new pots and pans as they were very scratched up. On the bright side, all the beds were comfy, the house had plenty of room for 9 of us and our two dogs! Quiet nice neighborhood close to beach but have to drive a couple blocks, close to Brodway at The Beach and many restraunts/stores. Would definitely stay here again. The owners are very nice and quickly respond. Thank you for a great experience over all!

Stayed here with a group of 8 girls for a bachelorette party! The size of the house was perfect for all of us. We had every amenity that you could think of including a Keurig coffee machine (we left a ton for the next group coming in ;) ) The location was a short ride to the beach and the Broadway at the beach. Pluses include: *Very clean & modern house *Comfortable furniture *Good mattresses & bedding *Excellent showers in bathrooms *Quiet neighbors *Garage will hold a mid-size SUV *Intricate wood paneling and trim that reminds me of Ritz Carlton interior design *Many TVs with cable TV in the main room *Owner was very thoughtful (allowed us to change our dates of stay, offered an early check-in and late check-out without me even asking) *Great neighborhood for walking, running and walking dogs *Everything is a 5-20 minute drive away.

Nice sized home and close to everything. Home was clean however, there is a need for new towels and new bedding due to stains on sheets and comforters. A new coat of paint is needed throughout the home as wear and tear is showing. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and location.

We stayed at this property last year at Thanksgiving and loved it so much we stayed again this year. Perfect location, beautiful roomy house, well equipped kitchen and the owner always responds quickly.
