Absolute beautiful home. Great location, very quick response, and house was very clean!! Pool was fantastic, and perfectly maintained. Plenty of seating throughout the patios, and living space.

We booked this home for a last minute vacation with our family. The home was beautiful and the views were stunning. I was fortunate enough to have my elderly mother stay with us and having a bedroom on the main floor with a easy entrance on the shower was a huge plus. Richard was also a pleasure to deal with and would recommend this home. Thank you again for the hospitality.[😎😎😎 Thank you Jennifer! The time at Andrew's Sandbox was absolutely fantastic! We all truly enjoyed the location, amenities, ease of access to the beach and pool, etc.; first class all around! We will certainly be planning to book a return next year!

We feel we had the best view of the beach of Gulf Shores in your LR!! We all hated leaving today!
The management people responded in a very timely manner when we couldn't get a TV to work, they even stopped over and fixed the issue. The email and txt messages with instructions and information were very helpful.

Perfect house in a great location. Pool was a big success for all, but especially the 8 and 5 year olds. The beach was great. Everything as advertised. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time!! Everything we were looking for (room for the kids, house that was very well maintained and clean, beautiful beach, far enough away from busy beach but close enough to drive into town for dinner, and of course my wife would say perfect shelling every morning)!! Would like to thank you for letting us share ur wonderful house with us. And one last thing sunrises and sunsets were awesome!!

We stay in Gulf shores every summer and this house was one of our favorites. We really loved the pool. The owners were great about keeping in touch to make sure everything was great. We enjoyed it so much that we’re going back in 2024.

This was an awesome vacation with my kids (as my 3 year old granddaughter would say "THE BEST DAY EVER!!!!!!!") The house was perfect. We did have rain everyday ugh but the pool was a hit. The kids swam everyday :) We will be booking with you again in the future. Loved the house and the location!!!!! I will check availability for next year! Thanks for such a memorable and loving vacation!

The house is absolutely beautiful. Between my husband and I, we have 5 adult children, their significant others, and two granddaughters, None of them wanted to leave. But really, can you blame them? We had great weather and couldn't have asked for a better week - we were truly blessed with how it all worked out. I have a tattoo that reads "everything happens for a reason" and this was an example of that! There is not one thing we could complain about. It was a wonderful week of family time and making great memories! From you to the management company staff (all of them) was first class service all the way! I was hoping I would get a survey so I could give the feedback all of you deserve! Thank you again for everything and your amazing hospitality.

Great! Location, Location, Location then there is the pool. You are steps away from the beach just walk down the private path. Then when it is too hot just go under the deck where it is shaded and there is the pool. The kids all had a great time. The house's decor is at first a little underwhelming then you realize it is a beach house designed for kids and family. The size was great. We had 17 total with 9 kids and there were plenty of room to sleep and also even when we were all in the house there was still plenty of room. Even when we were all eating together. we had a couple of minor problems and the owners responded very quickly and got everything taken care of. We would stay here again.

Andrews Sandbox was perfect for our extended getaway November and December. Watching the Blue Angels from the deck was so much fun most days, and working from the deck, or kitchen and being able to see the water was wonderful. The pool just got a heater and we were able to use it, and it was SO nice to be able to get in. It wasn't 'hot'--but it was usable, and we used it! We hope we can manage another long stay like this down the road. Even got to host an 'early Christmas' with some of our kids! Thank you!

We had a great time Christmas week on West Beach in Gulf Shores. The process of renting. Checking in and out was easy. We had a small issues with the heater for the pool and someone was at quickly to fix it.

We had an awesome time. One shower might have a small chip (By the balcony red linen) and the tub had a small hole and maintenance came and fixed it. Really fast. Everything was awesome. Hope to stay again next Year!

As a group your home was perfect for our needs. We stretched out in the living room and got a ton of training done. Spent the afternoons on the beach or just hanging out at the pool or on the deck watching the waves. As a doctors office, we have not had much down time. We have worked non stop with Covid and finally had to get away. If in the future we get our boss talked into another trip, I will always say the beach and look for your home as a go to. Thanks again for letting us enjoy your home.

Our family had a nice time even though it was a little chilly.. the kids could have cared less. :) It was great to be right on the beach! And the view from the porches and rooms was so pretty. And I'm so glad we had a heated pool!

Andrew's Sandbox was one of our favorite beach vacations! The house is so open, the living room is so bright with the big windows and view of the ocean, and there was plenty of space. Having two refrigerators was awesome, and we never went without clean dishes, as the cabinets were stocked. Additionally, we loved sitting on both decks and hanging by the pool. And the access to the beach was perfect. We actually took many family pics from the outside stairs, as well as through the path to the beach, that turned out beautifully.

Andrew's Sandbox was perfect for us though as the family grows, we will likely outgrow Sandbox! Being right on the beach, with the pool partially shaded too. So nice. And we loved the dining area outside underneath, and the picnic table too! Please help us find a bigger place, just as nice! Thank you!

Our experience with Bama Beach Houses was wonderful. We stayed at Andrew's Sandbox. It was exactly as advertised and closer to the water than we've ever had before. Our host's communication was timely, and the house had all the amenities we needed. We will stay at Bama Beach House properties again and will recommend them to friends and family.
