We enjoy having a home base with living room, bedrooms, dining area and KITCHEN. It’s a relaxing are when we are not doing waterpark activities. Unfortunately, our unit was about the furthest away that we can possibly be from everything!!! We certainly got our “steps” in this trip!

We arrived expecting the 3 bedroom presidential suite since that was what some of the photos in the original listing were. We were instead placed in a delux 3 bedroom which also smelled strongly of marijuana. I immediately went to the front desk to fix the mix up and they were unable to place us in a presidential since they were all full. Fortunately, I fought for my family’s health by insisting we be placed in another three bedroom suite so we were not breathing smoke residue our entire stay. They obliged here, but we were in the furthest wing of the resort and were quite disappointed that the suite advertised was not the one we were placed in. We will not be booking with resort share in the future.

We’ve stayed here a handful of times and it’s always been an absolute delight. Highly recommended, especially if you can make it off-season.

The room and property were great. The check in process is terrible. It takes forever and they have a goal of selling you a timeshare.

We had a great time. Everything was clean and as expected. We love coming here every year.

This property was a perfect place for two families of four to spend a weekend in one place at the Wilderness.

Good space in 3 bedroom unit. Good facilities in the resort. Vents in unit needed to be cleaned. Need to add table wear for young children - plastic plates, bowls, glasses, silverware

It was a great place to stay and relax. Many restaurants and activities on the property. Would do it again!

This was our second visit to Glacier Canyon. This facility has everything you need for a Wisconsin Dells water park experience. The only thing we needed outside of the property was a grocery store.

Overall the trip was good, pools were kind of gross but I kind of expected that with so many people. The room was nice, however there is absolutely NO insulation in the walls. If you expect to talk above a whisper while in your room this is not the place for you. After security came by the first time to tell us we were too loud. I went in the hall way and sure enough you could hear us clear as day about 6 rooms away!! I could also hear everyone else above and next to us. Lucky we met a woman that worked there, and I wish I could remember her name. She allowed us to sit in the common area and closed the soundproof doors so we could enjoy the rest of the evening. But honestly how can you expect a room for 10 people, so 10 conversations not to get loud??!??!!

Stay was great. The space was great and clean and the kids and friends loved it. Was nice to have drier in unit to dry swim stuff.

We've stayed at this resort before and had another enjoyable stay. The resort was very clean, the employees were kind - had a great time!! Will do it again!!

This was my first time booking at Glacier Canyon Lodge through VRBO. The listings were incorrect the first time I tried to book and my reservation was cancelled with “this room is no longer available”. However, it was still showing available days afterward online. We have enjoyed staying at the resort in the past as a guest of a Wyndham member so we weren’t expecting to be required to talk with timeshare staff just to get our room keys. We were there with family from out of state and were on a schedule to be at a wedding rehearsal about an hour from check in. The timeshare staff became overly aggressive when we stated we couldn’t stay to chat and nearly refused to give us our key cards until we listened to their spiel. However, I would stay here again as it’s always clean, there’s plenty to do for all ages, it’s reasonably priced, and the accommodations are very spacious. But I do believe online reservations should be concise and timeshare requirements should be booked ahead of time instead of when folks may be in a hurry to check in to be at an event to alleviate the frustration as soon as you arrive.

It was very clean close to water park Celebrating Christmas early. Great time!!!

We were going to be in town for a wedding for more than a night so we wanted more space plus a kitchen to avoid eating out. This was perfect! Only thing that we didn't like was the dishwasher, it seemed like it wasn't secure and the wash cycle wasn't great.

Everything you need on one property but be willing to walk a long way for it and pay higher prices. The resort was the perfect time to bond with our small family. Highly recommend going in the off season.

Great property for our party of 10 ranging from age 1 to 60 to enjoy. Condo was clean, comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated and modern. We were able to prepare meals easily with all the available kitchen supplies. The washer and dryer came in handy. Of note, only 4 devices are allowed on the free wifi at a time. We enjoyed the waterpark access that comes with this property. There is quite a bit of walking since the resort is so large but the shuttles were helpful when the little ones were too tired to walk. Beach towels and life jackets are available at the resort. All of the waterparks we visited were clean and fun. If we lived closer, we'd love to stay here again!

We have been staying at the Wilderness for years. The property is clean and nice. We always have a great time and will return again.

I will plan on booking for next year. The staff is friendly, the rooms are great, and the facility has a lot of great activities!

We enjoyed our time at the Wilderness. The suite was excellent and we had plenty of room for our kids. One bathroom door would not lock, and one of the burners on the stove seemed to burn hotter than the others, but it didn't stop us from having a great time. Thank you.

We loved the affordability of this condo when compared to the two bedrooms at glacier canyon. Had a great dinning space with nice kitchen space!
