The house was great and in a quite neighborhood. We were up there for and ice skating competition and decided to bring our side by side along. It was a great and relaxing place to stay and have as a base for us. Brandon was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions. We would stay there again!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay with some family for an extended weekend, especially with younger children. There were lots of things for the kids to do both inside and outside, and the fact that the backyard is fenced was a huge plus. The location is great—quiet neighborhood on east side of downtown Flag, just minutes from food, coffee, shopping, and the freeway. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

House and location was great but a little dated. Very clean and the bathrooms were updated and good. Plenty of room for the whole family and very quiet. However, the listing stated we would have access to the Country Club pool and tennis but we did not. The policy at the Country Club changed and now the owner has to be with the guest to gain access. Access to the pool was the main reason we booked this location.

The house is beautiful and well maintained in a quiet neighborhood. We were looking forward to using the pool but the country club does not allow non members to use it. Otherwise, it was the perfect spot for our family trip.

The location, amenities and extras made this an ideal home base for our family gathering. An ample kitchen, fire pit, TV’s and pool table were welcome and used. Not used but available were bicycles and outdoor games.

Home was perfect! Accurate description of home. Our family loved all the shared spaces and all the amenities like pool table, games, and fire pit. Kitchen well stocked. Fans in every room and plenty of blankets for those chilly mornings. Great communication with the host. Can’t wait to return.

We stayed it was a nice property. It was a little dated and needs a few repairs but it was comfortable and clean.

My family (and extended family) stayed at this property to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from NAU in May ‘22. We had a small gathering with my daughter’s roommate and her family during our stay and this house handled our grad party beautifully. I love the separate family rooms and the pool table, arcade game console, fire pit, corn hole, life size Jenga, welcoming sun room and large backyard. We saw about 6 deer just behind the house on our first morning which was a nice treat. This house is located in a very quiet, wooded, upscale neighborhood. Brandon does a great job communicating, and I appreciated his laid-back management approach. We had no issues during our stay. The house is well stocked, beds are comfortable, there are plenty of linens/ kitchen supplies/toiletries, great water pressure, and plenty of hot water. There are even a half dozen or so bikes for guest use in the garage. The only suggestion I can make (and it’s not a big issue) is that if there’s a specific item you need in the kitchen (ie a pizza wheel & pitcher) make sure you bring it with you or confirm with Brandon that the house is stocked with the exact items you need. Also, it would be a plus if all outside patio furniture were cleaned prior to guest arrival. All outside furniture was very dusty, so I had to clean it all since we were hosting a graduation gathering at the house. Again, not a big problem, just minor considerations. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Brandon’s home again. This was one of our top stays in the 4-5 years we’ve been frequenting Flagstaff! Thank you!

This property is absolutely perfect. Traveled with my family, kids; 10, 7, and 5. Also had sister's family, kids; 18 and 16. There were plenty of things to do; arcade with hundreds of games, pool table, foosball, connect, big Jenna, TV's in all bedrooms and both main living rooms. Fast and reliable internet. Home is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything. Each morning we were greeted by a family of deer, six in total. Home was extremely clean, on demand hot water heater......definitely a plus in December. Plenty of room for everyone and we had a fantastic time. Homeowner is extremely quick to respond and very courteous. We will definitely be back!!

Plenty of room for us

We rented this house for our employees and clients to stay in during the Overland Expo event. It was the perfect size with lots of space to unwind each day after the event. The host was excellent with responding to messages and very accommodating since we had to add a day due to marketing opportunities after the event was over. We would definitely rent again for next year.

Our family of 5 adults, 3 teens and a 10 year old were very pleased with this property. There was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked (except for a sharp straight edge knife). The pool table kept everyone entertained. The yard was clean with several games and lots of seating. The beds were comfortable, especially the linens. The washer/dryer made for easier packing. The neighborhood was peaceful. The drive to Sedona and the Grand Canyon was simple enough. I had a few questions for our host and was most impressed with his quick communication. We had one complaint, as we were unable to cool the house sufficiently. There were plenty of ceiling fans and other small fans that helped until we could open windows at night for cooler air. We assumed there was a problem with the A/C unit as there was a 10 degree difference on the thermostat between the setting and and room temp. We did not ask the host for help. We had a terrific time and are very pleased with our choice.

This was a great property for our family of 10! We were celebrating a college graduation had plenty of kitchen space, dining space, lounging space. The 2 living rooms were wonderful to have for adults who wanted to watch TV and teens who wanted to play pool/listen to music. The sunroom was the spot for multiple tea time conversation moments. The bedrooms felt smaller than they appeared in the pictures but were adequate for our 3 night retreat. Bathrooms were a nice size across the board. We would stay here again and pay a little more if they added a hot tub 😁

We used this property as our base and traveled around the area. Great location for our family vacation.

Loved the house. Owner thought of everything and was very helpful. Great location and very clean. My kids loved it and would definitely stay at this house again!
