This cottage was absolutely fabulous! More beautiful, cozy and spacious than the pictures represent. Awesome location and absolutely close to everything. 100% recommend and would definitely stay again.

Island Time was wonderful! Don gave us excellent information, it was quiet and we loved the beach cottage decor. It was very spotless, we especially enjoyed the screened in porch. We would recommend this property!

We used it for a quick getaway as a family. The space was very clean and perfect for our family of 5! The location was close to everything on the island and the owners were very helpful if we needed anything. We would stay here in the future, for sure!

Spotless, pleasant, private. It was the perfect place for our 2 day stay in Chincoteague to explore the shore and parks. Used primarily sleeping and bathing but noticed the kitchen was equipped to do meals if you need to.

We celebrated a friend's 60 something birthday staying at this quaint, cozy and perfectly outfitted Chincoteague cottage and enjoyed every minute! It was comfortable and in the perfect, quiet location but with easy proximity to Chincoteague attractions. There was plenty of room for our 4 adult ladies and the outdoor shower and screened in porch were icing on the cake! The Host was very accommodating and we are already looking forward to planning our next trip!!

Assateague Island is the most beautiful island/ beaches that we have ever had the pleasure to walk. If you are willing to put in the physical exercise to get past the masses of people, the beaches are a private paradise.

I was sold with the outdoor shower! Nothing like showering under the open sky. We ate all our meals on the screened front porch and enjoyed the quiet cozy cottage and all the decorative hints of the sea all around. It was extremely clean and very convenient location yet out of the hustle and bustle of town.

Great place to stay! The host and hostess were wonderful :). A perfect location if you are in town for the pony swim.

This rental worked out great for my family. We had three adults and two small children, and it was a great fit for us. We would rent this property again!

We were thrilled with this house! The owners have two little houses on this dead end road. My kids had fun playing out front and we had no worries of cars since it was so private. The screened in porch was perfect for eating and reading. We had so much fun on Chincoteague as a family there are a lot of amazing things to do for younger kids. It’s the perfect house for a family of four with young kids. The kids room has bunk beds with a door that closes. My kids slept great! the outside shower, perfect for post beach sand rinsing. My only note is that you do need to drive most places it isn’t very walkable but there is a Trolley into town on the weekends. Also a restaurant, pit stop quick mart and produce stand very close by. We highly recommend this house to anyone!

This is the perfect vacation spot for families with little kids. The cottage was more spacious than I expected, and my older kids loved having bunk beds in a separate room. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. The location is just a shirt drive from the beach. We definitely plan to stay here again.
