This was by far the best house that we have rented in Bethany Beach. The accessibility to the beach and down town was perfect. This house more than accommodated my family. It truly is the perfect beach house to rent.

I stayed here with my family of 6 adults and 4 kids (two 1 year olds and two 5 year olds). The house was very clean and had a wonderful open floor plan with the living room/dining room/kitchen area. We LOVED the screened in porch to hangout in the evenings. This was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed for our family vacations. Thanks for the memories made here!

This home is even nicer in person than it appears on line. Very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated and furnished. Only access to living spaces is a full flight of stairs, so everyone in your party must be able to navigate the stairs. A short drive or trolly trip downtown to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very large townhouse. Everything was clean and looked just as it did online. The screened porch is wonderful. There is a trolley stop a block away and the Bethany Beach parking pass was really helpful.

This recently built house was awesome to stay in for our week vacation. Everything was clean, new, and accommodating. The weather wasn't great when we were there in late May, so it was very nice to have a big house to hang out in. We used the fire pit and the charcoal grill. At first glance we thought it was a gas grill because it is large, but it is charcoal. The master bedroom right off of the kitchen was helpful for our family. We had our baby sleep in a pack n play in the bunkbed room and that worked out well. The only thing to note is the house driveway is off of a main road, which isn't the best, but the road noise is not noticeable inside the house and we didn't have issues entering and leaving the driveway. A trolley stop is also across the road from the house.
