We’d a great time at this unit close to Pacific Beach in Mission Bay. It was very conveniently located. We were moving our son into college and this was a great hub for us to do all of our activities. The place is located right above a better Buzz. which is a great coffee shop and sandwich place. Very convenient access to the freeways and La Jolla. We would love to come back here another time.

Working with Carl was very easy from the get go. He was very responsive to questions and provided help as needed. The location of the unit was very close to numerous restaurants, and split evenly between the ocean and the bay. We brought our own bicycles and the unit had a nice area to lock them up at. Carl mentioned the parking spot was a little tight, but we had no problem parking our kia telluride. The inside of the unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the washer/dryer was a welcomed addition to the unit. There was lots of beach equipment as well (multiple chairs, several umbrellas, a few boogie boards, and some sand toys as well for our kids). Without hesitation I would rent this unit again! We loved this place and would definitely come back! Great location! Just steps to the beach, the bay, and lots of good food. Place is also very clean!

My family of five stayed here for four nights. Everything was perfect. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location is amazing and close to the ocean and so many delicious restaurants and bars. I can’t wait to come back!

This place was the perfect location for our group. Carl was great with communication and ease of booking. The best part of this place is the coffee shop directly below the unit. It was extremely convenient. I would definitely refer this place to family and friends.

Great Condo great location !!! All was as promised

I am very honest with my reviews and I highly recommend this rental. Pros: location!!! 2 minute walk to the ocean and an easy walk or quick drive to other eateries on MB or close by. Rooms are a good size and the bed in the master was very comfortable. Bathroom is large and water pressure is really good. Unit was very clean. Parking space is tight, but not having to street park is always a plus. After getting used to opening the unit door (took a couple tries), it was very convenient not having to carry around any keys. Air conditioning units in both bedrooms kept the rooms very cool at night. Cons: We were only able to log into Netflix and only on 2 of the 3 TV's. I wish there was more streaming options, especially one with live TV. We did have some downtime at the condo and Netflix was the only option that was already signed into. There are 2 white/cream chairs next to the couch, one is in perfect condition and one is completely needing to be re-covered, but it was still fine to sit on.

Our family of 5 stayed and loved it. Clean & perfect location. Felt safe. We walked to the Beach and bay each morning and night. Walked to Belmont Park , and restaurants. Coffee right downstairs. Close to our whale tour too. The beach chairs/toys were a bonus to use.

Being our first time to San Diego, we didn't know what to expect. The condo met all of our expectations!! Great location, clean, affordable and perfect for our family of 5. The parking isn't the best, but my husband became a pro at parking in the reserved spot by the time we left. Lol. We would 100% come back again and rent from Carl!

Location location location. We didn't drive anywhere because everything was that close. Beds are comfortable. Very clean. The owner was very attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

Love that its just steps to bay and beach. Next to restaurants and shops. I will definitely come back with covic-19 its over so we can go to sea world and other places.

Our family needed a quick getaway and this was the perfect fit! The location is incredible! 5 minute walk to either beach or bay. Coffee shop downstairs, pizza and Mexican next door. We stayed with our 4 children ranging from ages 4-14. We were worried about space but it was great. Enough space for all of us. Our car did not fit in allowed parking spot as we drive a huge SUV but were easily able to park it within walking distance. Carl was very quick to answer all questions we had. We were very pleased with our choice in this condo!

Had a fantastic two night stay - wish it could have been longer. Carl was great to work with and quick to reply to messages. The location is great, right on Mission Blvd, with the beach or the bay just steps away. Quick shopping, coffee and food right there, and the apartment is exactly as advertised. Had to escape quarantine ASAP! Luckily snagged this spot on MEMORIAL DAY weekend. SO close to the baY and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Things were still pretty strict the the MB boat rentals were our jam!! Sure wish the view was a bit better and balcony furniture would have been nice. Carl is one lucky man to have a place right here. Oh and better buzz coffee is amazing!! And the market next door is key!

“We had a great stay in Carl's condo. It is a great Mission Beach location one block off of the boardwalk and beach. Upon arrival, the condo was very clean and had all amenities needed. (Coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Direct TV). Conveniently located above a great coffee shop, and right next door to a mini market/liquor store. Several great restaurants and beach shops within close walking distance. Usually quiet in the condo, although there is a unit above and we only occasionally heard footsteps/activity from them. If you happen to be home when the trash truck comes outside, you might think the big earthquake has hit, but luckily it only lasts a couple minutes. :) I will definitely recommend this unit to friends and family. There were only 2 of us, but a family of four would be very comfortable. There are even multiple TV's for those who don't watch the same programming. Carl was very responsive to questions and always available. VERY convenient parking spot designated for this condo unit, and our Toyota Highlander fit just fine."

What a great vacation it was for us! There was 6 us that stayed at this beautiful condo. Very styled, clean, perfect condo. Feels like home away from home. Perfect place in the center of everything, minutes to the beach, coffee, food spots, shopping boutiques. Carl was very helpful and easy to work with. He worked with us very last minute and made this vacation happen for us. We had a very good week. Everything was absolutely wonderful. 100% will recommend Carl to my friends and family and looking forward to staying here again!
