Only a few things that i would mention would be the basement room was very damp and mildew smelling almost to the point the smell was too strong at times. The beach items were falling apart and could use an upgrading. Propane grill for outside would be better than charcoal. But other than that we absolutely loved it and would deffinitely stay again.

The property and location was absolutely beautiful. Property was clean. Well decorated. Well maintained. the beach at this property was absolutely stunning. The sunrise and sunset from both the beach and the Bayside was wonderful. Excellent location within close proximity of all restaurants and bars. This place was so accommodating for our large crowd! It was clean and spacious and the check in staff were very helpful. A short walk to the lovely white sand beach and a few shops and restaurants made it perfect for young adults and teens.

Our family had a great time staying at this home! The location was perfect. Quick walk to the beach and easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The home itself was spacious with an open layout and fit our entire group comfortably.

Our group has been coming to Pensacola Beach annually for the past 27 years. This home was one of, if not the best, rental we've ever had. Everything was in working order, and the kitchen/dining/family room setup was perfect for us. We were able to comfortably gather all together each night to discuss the joys of golf. We had no issues during our stay and would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

The home was beautiful, exceptionally clean and comfortable for our group of 12. Walking distance to the parade and wide open spaces for game playing and watching TV. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only change I would ever make would be to install an elevator but I understand this is not an option for all houses on the beach.

Can’t think of any reason not to stay with your family or friends here!! A great choice for bigger groups and just a few minutes walk to a great beach! Would stay here again!

The property was adequate for a 3 night stay. It needs a lot of maintenance. The floors left our bare feet black altho it didn't appear dirty. There was a musty smell that cleared out with doors open, the bottom floor was an exceptiion to that. There was no lighting in the bottom floor room. Linens were clean, but we had to request more for our group of 14. The furniture was very worn, badly need to replace mattresses. The exterior railing is dangerous. We only saw one live palmetto bug.

The house was very clean with a lot of room for gathering in the open living space on the 2nd floor. The 5 separate bedrooms was very nice since my husband and I, and 4 other siblings/spouses were staying there. I also had 3 teenage grandsons with me and unfortunately, they had the ground floor sleeping arrangement. The ground floor is my one & only criticism about this house. When you open the door, you are taken back by a very musty-smelling "basement" and it never goes away. I am sure a dehumidifier would do wonders for that "basement". It does wonders for my own basement at home. My suggestion to the owners...put a dehumidifier in the ground level living space!

This house suited our needs perfectly! The accommodations were clean with plenty of room for our party. The house was quite convenient with just a short walk to the beach. The out-of-the-way public beach access meant that the beach was never overcrowded, which was a huge plus for us!

Property is beautiful and so close to the beach! Loved the convenience also close to all the pier attractions too! Would stay again!!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and large enough for our family. Access to the beach was easy. We were disappointed in the cleanliness and had to spend some time cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a family gathering with family from Dallas & Atlanta to spend a week at the beach. House met all of our needs, close to the beach, close to restaurants and lots of beach gear. Living area on 2nd floor is quite large allowing us plenty of room to spread out. Would recommend for any large family looking for a beach vacation.
