We had a wonderful stay for a summer getaway. Perfect for our family of 6, and the property is very well managed.
Just a FYI: this property is a part of a set of row homes, and it does share a common wall with permanent residents. They are very nice, but quiet hours are enforced.

The townhome was large, clean and well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The unit backed to a green open space complete with trees, flowers and a small pond-great for a BBQ. The property manager contacted us several times to be sure everything was ok. Overall I would highly recommend the property.

The townhome was very clean, nicely furnished and located in a quiet area conveniently located near City Market grocery store and Higher Ground coffee shop. It was the perfect place for our Pagosa Springs stay. I would stay here again.

It was our first time visiting Pagosa Springs, but not our last. The townhome was located right behind grocery and restaurants and just down the road from river/hot spring access. The host was so helpful and communicative. Beds were great (back problems, so we pay attention to that).
Pagosa was so fun. We soaked in the very hot springs, hiked Piedra Trail, took a balloon ride and rented tubes (both from Pagosa Adventures), ate at Riff Raff, Pagosa Bakery and Kip’s Grill. All were amazing.

Beautiful townhouse with a pond in the back. We watched the deer in the morning and evening. Jaimi was very helpful and responsive. Would stay here again!

We couldn't have been more happy and comfortable in this condo. Everything was clean and easy to access. The condo was super cute, great outside shared space, comfortable seating in the kitchen, living and loft and beds were all comfortable too. One weird broken chair in the living room, but other than that it was great. The kitchen, bath and laundry were well equipped with all the basics. The communication with property managers was above and beyond! They answered the phone even on a Sunday afternoon when we got locked out and stayed with us until all was well and we got inside. We would love to rent again.

Loved our stay! Very clean, organized, decorated beautifully, plenty of space for our family of 8. Loads of blankets, pillows and comforters to keep us warm. Very family friendly. Everything worked. The management company was fantastic, checking on us the first day to see how our stay was. Hosts were extremely attentive and wonderful to set up our stay with.

One of our best VRBO experiences ever. Property is impeccably clean, great location & has amazing amenities. Decorated so nice for a rental (many can be super basic). Our family of 5 (with 3 teens) had so much space & none of us were ready to leave! Would absolutely recommend & plan on staying here again when back in Pagosa!

This was a fantastic property. Obviously well maintained and well stocked. Communication with the host was quick and easy. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a nice view and nice backyard, but close to everything as well. A grocery store and restaurants right around the corner. Loved the layout of the place with the loft, the fireplace.. all in all it was fabulous.

We have a great time in Pagosa Springs, and this condo is one of the reasons why. Alpine Escape is very comfortable, with everything we might need to relax on vacation. It's location is just right for morning walks, and close to anything you want to do in Pagosa Springs. The neighbors are friendly, too.

Lovely condo in a clean, quiet, safe little area. Back patio has pretty view and nice breeze. Walked .4 miles to cute breakfast place (Two Chicks and a Hippie). Walked to dinner at Boss Hoggs. Not really walking distance to much shopping. One morning watched them launching hot air ballons from the field out front.
