Sorry it took awhile to get back to this. Really busy once back to the real world! Your place was lovely. The house was incredible. Surprisingly sound proof which was great for such a large crowd with children. Great location, the deck and pool were perfect. We really enjoyed the house and all it had to offer. Our weather wasn't stellar while we were there but the house was plenty big and had great areas for everyone to hang out in during the storms. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would come back in a heartbeat. I appreciate you letting us stay in your lovely home! Thank you!

We had a fabulous time and your beach home was a great home for us and the location couldn't be beat. We loved the little community and the community pool was such an added bonus! The elevator came in so handy as we had one who was not able to make it up and down those stairs. All the refrigerators and the ice makers were put to good use! The deck and the pool was such a nice gathering place. We loved it.

We had a great stay! House was awesome, and we made a lot of great memories! Wifi was fine throughout the week. Only things we noticed beforehand was the ice maker upstairs not working and a couple of lounge chairs at pool had to stay flat. But no worries at all. Great time, great trip, and great house! Thank you for allowing us an opportunity to stay and working with us.

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home. It fit the needs of our family perfectly. We arrived just in time to experience the tropical storm which was very exciting to see. The incredible waves and the view of the beach was amazing. When the weather improved we were blessed with two absolutely perfect days. One day we made camp on the beach for everyone including my 80 year old mother in law. The other we chartered a boat and caught (our limit) 22 red snapper in less than 30 minutes. Only three of us had ever been deep sea fishing before. It was a great evening trip on the boat and we ate some of the delicious catch the day after we got home. May be more info than you wanted. Now to answer your question...they did come by on Monday and remove enough trash for us to have one bin which was fine because trash days are Tuesday and Friday. They also came and cleaned the inside of the grill which the last guest had left a Mess with fish skin all over it. I know that it is a very nice grill and would not like MINE to be in that condition. My friends who came with us have rented other places in the florabama area before.They were so impressed with your place they have already talked to there familymembers about renting your home next time they come down that way. Bottom line our stay definitely met and exceeded our expectations. Thanks for having us there.

We have enjoyed our stay - you have a beautiful home. My husband & I live on St. John in the US Virgin Islands and are VERY familiar with villa rental and how hard it is to keep everything working. We received the needed items immediately and appreciate the quick response. Your kitchen is fantastic. We prepared all of our meals including Thanksgiving. When using the oven, we discovered that it wouldn't hold temperature. Upon investigation, the oven door does not seal at the top. It definitely needs adjusting. This made the knobs extremely hot to the touch and foods do not cook properly. We got creative & propped a mop handle against the oven door handle to hold it closed. .... lol & everything came out perfect! We made some great memories with Mom and appreciate the use of your home.

We have stayed at a lot of the owners homes and they are all great. But... Diamond... wow! Its at the high end of the size, features and price, but we took advantage of a last minute opening and snagged Labor Day for what we normally pay for the others. We are spoiled now!

We stayed at the Diamond last year. LOVED it!!! Next year, God willing, we'll have the whole family with us!!! It will be here before we know it!

We stay in the Diamond every year and have been for many years! The house is amazing and also very accommodating for large families! We love the gated community and feel safe. The stores across the street make for easy access to groceries and extras! Will continue to come for many years!!!

Working with BBH has been fantastic and incredibly easy. My family had such a great time staying in the Diamond, we booked again for next year and look forward to keep our family beach trip tradition alive with Bama Beach houses. Rick and his team have been extremely friendly and just a pleasure to work with.

We loved the house, very spacious for large crowds. Great lay out. Well equipped with things needed for cooking and grilling. Everyone had a great time. Especially loved being beach front. You can walk on the beach or just sit back on the balcony and relax.

This property is perfect for large groups! Everyone had a wonderful time! The ice makers everywhere are so convenient, pool is the perfect size, the view cannot be beat! They have 2 of everything and there’s plenty of room to spread out if needed! We will be back! A+

Overall we had a wonderful time. The house is very large and spacious. A/C works very well. Kitchen is a great layout to hangout and cook together. Great ice machine in the kitchen. The other two ice machines weren't working but the one machine worked just fine for us. Two refrigerators in the kitchen and another on the entry floor so plenty of space for food and drinks. The bedrooms were all great and quiet. There are lots of covered parking spots. And it's a really nice gated community with a big community pool. The private deck pool is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures which was a nice surprise. Shallow but great pool to hangout. There were a lot of jellyfish in the ocean during our stay. We still swam in the ocean but a few of us got stung. Beach is stunning and everyone keeps it clean which is nice. And respects the wildlife with muted lights at night. A bunch of us got massages at Wolf Bay and she was awesome and only 15 min away. We would absolutely rent this house again. Thanks for a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

Home is very well maintained, lots of room for Family and friends. Awesome that everybody has their own Bathrooms, even handicapped. Right on beach with own entrance Perfect having its own pool for all to enjoy all times of the day
