We loved our stay here. Everything we needed was provided and our communication with the owner was above and beyond. Can’t wait to come back!

The cleaning staff was short handed, so we finally got the property at 4:50, but that is after almost an hour of my son and I helping to clean the kitchen, sweep, mop, and wipe down countertops. The cleaning lady was really nice, but the previous tenants may have had a long hair dog, since hair was everywhere. The frame on the mirror downstairs was broken in several places. One of the bedroom's on the lower level had the door kicked at some point so they put a latch on the inside. There is no dining table, so we brought a folding table and chairs. The soap was watered down and we were short washcloths (only 2 or 3 missing). They bathroom downstairs will "lock" but if you try to open it, the door unlocks. The outside needs work. There were no lit exit signs. The facade was cracking and falling off the building. No lighting in the hallways leading to the rooms. Not sure if the elevator worked, but I assume it did. All and all, the condo was ok.

This condo is on a quiet street across from the PIB airport. The kitchen is well-appointed with plenty of dishes, utensils, baking trays, and appliances that are in really good shape. The 2 bathrooms (one up, one down) have double sinks. The downstairs bedrooms each have 2 beds, and the upstairs bedrooms had 1 bed when we stayed. We were there in the summer and the unit's AC was set at 69⁰, which was comfortable for most but chilly for some. Linens are all provided here, but extra blankets would have been a bonus for some of the girls in our family who are constantly chilly. The owner has stocked some board games, cards, and even Jenga. The deck is great and bigger than it looks in pictures. The view is tremendous as this unit sits right on the lake. Bugs are a natural occurrence at the lake, and I wished a broom had been available for me to sweep off the deck and outdoor furniture. The ceiling fans, floor boards, and glass patio doors could all use some extra cleaning and would really help this nice condo sparkle. The pool area is nice and clean, the complex itself was pretty quiet while we were there, and there is golf cart rental at this complex. The automated communications, payment reminders, and check-in/check-out were very easy to manage.

We had a wonderful time. The pool was very nice. The view on the back deck was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. If we had a question the hosts would get back to us right away. We would book with them again. Laura

This rental has the basic essentials for what you need for a stay on the island. It was tidy and the owner was responsive to questions. The back porch has a great view of the lake, and the pool on the property is a nice amenity. There are two parking spaces for this condo, which is great if you are ferrying your car over.

Property is an ideal location. Lake front far enough from downtown to be quiet but close enough to easily enjoy shopping and nightlife. Lots of common areas for big family reunions. Quick response when we needed anything.

This was the perfect place to stay for a girl’s get together. The deck area looks smaller in photo than it actually is. It easily accommodated 6 of us and we spent all of our time there on the deck when not downtown. The water is right at the edge of the property! We rented a golf cart from Island Club Golf Cart Rentals and saved over $100. They are located on the condo property. Our only critique is that there is no place to put your belongings in the bedrooms. No shelves or dressers, so everything (clothes, bathroom essentials, makeup….) ended up on the floor and became very unorganized. If you can deal with that, then you have a perfect place to stay! Owner is very responsive to emails. Would stay again.

Great setup, plenty of space for about 6-7 guests. The patio was amazing and had great views of the lake.

Massive number of spiders and webs on the deck. I cleaned and sprayed so guests could use the deck. Having a house on the lake I understand the spider situation and treatment is overdue

We enjoyed the island very very much. Our condo had a great view of the lake. The other vacationers/ neighbors were all great. Thursday -Saturday was a younger party crowd that definitely disturbed our quiet. We had to call management about the AC not working. Once they came and took out the nasty moldy filter the AC worked great. We would’ve appreciated dressers or shelves in the bedroom. The only furniture were beds. That was odd.

The public beach was closed under construction. So we did other things until pool got cleaned.

We have been to Put In Bay many times and this condo was by far the nicest place we had ever stayed. That view!! And with 4 bedrooms so much room for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, cleaning supplies and utensils. Lots of bath towels too. The big plus was we were able to bring our small dog with us. Our only complaint was we didn't book it for a longer stay!

We enjoyed our stay. We wish we booked it for longer! The condo was perfect size for our group. Everyone had their own bed. Everything you need is there for you. All the kitchen essentials. There are a handful of nearby stores to get the basics.

We loved it. Close to town, beautiful view, nice pool! There’s even a great place to fish! Make sure you get your cart from Island Club. They will bring it right to the condo and you can drop the keys right in the office as you leave, which is super convenient. We’ve found our new favorite place, thank you!

We had a family trip, my parents (70s), our kids 8 and 10, and our two little pups. We had a great visit! There are stairs down to 3 of the bedrooms. So my parents stayed upstairs in the queen bed given some mobility issues they had. The kids loved their room downstairs. Overall we had a great stay.

Wonderful, relaxing vacation. The views are even more beautiful than the pictures in the ad. Plenty of room for us. Be of our best trips ever!

4 bedrooms are hard to come by, was totally awesome, and the view of the lake was cool!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is nicely located outside of town with a great view of the lake.

Thank you so much for the nice stay. All 9 of us gave it a thumbs up and would highly recommend! 2 puppies gave it a high paw! Clean and lots of space and I honestly think it would fit 12 people. Great view! We used the kitchen, grill and patio a lot for family meals. Note that 3 of the 4 bedrooms are in the basement if you are particular with stairs. If there’s any suggestion I can give, it’s to put another wood at the bottom of the side wall of the deck so small dogs won’t go to the neighbors, if possible. I know that it would probably need the condo management to remedy that. Shoutout to Bobby Dorobek, one of the maintenance people at the condo who was so helpful. The only grocery store in the island was closed so he went to his house and brought his personal soy sauce and fish sauce for our grilled fish we just caught. That’s customer service at its best! Again, condo is highly recommended! Host is responsive. Don’t hesitate to book this place.
