Great kitchen, couch not the most comfortable. Good location but no yard really-we went to the beach most of the time anyway

Our family was in town for a fundraising event at the main beach area. This was a great location...close to the beach and central to both sides of town. The unit was very clean and modern. I really appreciate all the beach chairs that are available to use. We would stay again!

Some places rise above the rest. This is one of those places! Beautiful home, super clean, well appointed all around - kitchen, decor, bedrooms. The kitchen has all the essentials. The furniture and beds are comfy! Even our kids’ doggy felt welcome! Would highly recommend.

Overall, the location of the property and the access to it it's great. Good layout of the place with easy access. The reason I am giving it three stars vs five is because the place was not clean as expected. Spider webs in the bedrooms, dust around the windows and kitchen area, handprints on the dining table, dishes with dried food from previous renters and the couch really, really needs a cleaning. With three kids in the house, I would have expected a higher level of cleanness. Also - because it has carpet and is dog friendly it did have a dump smell, particularly the lower area. I think changing the carpet, a good clean of the place and clean the couch would make this a stellar place at a good price. Thank you.

Came here for a girls weekend. It was relaxing and had everything we needed. We will rent here again.

Checkin process was simple and everything was exactly as advertised. I am glad that I had an extra AA battery in my bag for the TV remote. Only two of the bikes had tires that would hold air but we made do. Great house with lots of room in kitchen, dining, and living room. We hope to be back soon.

This home has all you need for a family vacation! The space is amazing. The kitchen is FULLY stocked. The game room was fun…BBQ worked great. A very nice community and the property manager was wonderful to work with. Highly recommended!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the River View Sunrise property. Everything was just as described in the listing. The condo is well maintained. We would definitely stay again.

The townhouse was clean and comfy. So nice to have three separate living areas. Games room downstairs, main floor kitchen/dining/living room, and three bedrooms upstairs. Lovely to fall asleep to the sounds of the beach, the river birds, and the live band across the river. Would definitely return. Thanks for everything Ellen!

We had a great time! A very short walk to the beach and very quick drive to restaurants. Nice location. The condo was very comfortable and roomy for all 4 of us. The game room was a bonus! Corn hole game was another bonus! We would stay again!!

Just delightful

Stayed in a great little condo that is only 4/10 of a mile from the beach! Very spacious and clean. Bicycles in the garage, foosball table and other fun stuff for kids and adults. The family dining room living room and kitchen was huge! We will be booking with this home again in the near future!

Our stay here was wonderful. Would definitely book this location again for it’s proximity to everything in town/beach within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable.

This VRBO has every appliance and cooking tool one might need but feels cold and corporate. There were also a lot of birds (starlings) in the attic that make a lot of noise. This problem would not happen at a family VRBO. It depends what you like, but if you stay here be sure to bring your own salt and pepper because there are no spices or anything like that. My daughter said, “Dad - do you know what this place is missing? Love.” Lot’s of empty shelves and “slap-it-up” decor. It was clean, however, and everything worked (except the bikes are pretty junky). It also has nice glassware, plates. bowels, etc. I would call it a 10 minute walk to the beach as opposed to 4 minute walk as the states. You have to walk down the street to get beach access. Lastly, if you stay in Pacific City and plan to cook, it would be a good idea to hit a bigger supermarket before arriving because the local markets are very expensive.

Kiddo loved the dart board and foosball table and the bunk bed. The home was airy and comfortable. The kitchen spacious. It was nice!

My fiancé and I stayed here for a weekend and we could not have been happier or more comfortable. The house was incredibly clean and organized. It was the perfect cozy place to stay for a beach weekend. We will definitely be back!

We’ve stayed in other VRBO‘s that had a kitchen stocked much more than this one with basic necessities… Coffee, paper plates etc. This house was very nice and we’re very pleased no complaints. Just a comment. Beds were very comfortable.

Our family loved staying here! The main level living/dining/kitchen was comfortable and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked with more than enough dishes. TV had an extra HDMI port for us to use our our Apple TV, but the house also provided cable. House was very clean; beds were comfortable. Walk to beach is maybe 5 min, but know that it's mostly along the main road with no sidewalks. Access to walking trails through neighborhoods is also about a 2 min walk away. Would stay here again!

This was a perfect place for our family with a six year old and a two year old. It was fun riding bikes in the neighborhood, walking to the river and the beach. The townhouse was spacious, clean and comfortable stocked with everything we needed. We hope to come back!

Very well kept property, listing details were accurate. Check-in process was seamless. The kitchen was spacious and had all the necessary items. The game room and fire pit were the winners from our kids perspective! We’d definitely stay at this place again

Very comfortable and cozy condo with nice view of the Nestucca River.

We were so impressed with how clean the home was and how well stocked it was. The beds were comfortable, the living room very inviting and the kitchen was large enough for us to gather & cook together. We walked to about 2 blocks to the beach. Very easy walk. We hope to stay there again and will recommend this place to friends and family.

Everything was as described! There were plenty of dishes and everything you need for cooking. We loved the fire place and the game room! The house is very comfortable and well decorated. Had BBQ and bicycles, there where two propane tanks for the BBQ. Huge kitchen, nice bedrooms, comfortable beds, soap and paper products. We loved it. Would stay again.

Very comfy and spacious

Average family home near river. Looks like there is a spot to put-in kayaks, rafts, etc. directly across the street between two houses, but, not sure if it’s private property or not. No information in listing. Overall, it met our needs.

There were 5 of us, my husband, 23 yr old son and our 25 yr old daughter and her significant other. There was room for all of us and it was comfortable.
