Property was clean, very comfortable and updated. Host was very accomodating and property manager was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay near downtown Nashville.

It came stocked with shot glasses, cocktail glasses, & even a cocktail shaker. The view from the top floor balcony was an amazing view of downtown Nashville everyone had a wonderful time. The proximity to downtown was perfect, however, the surroundings were less than ideal. You could tell the area was going through a revitalization phase but would take a little while longer before it was finished. The house was exactly like the photos and was everything we hoped it would be. It was perfect for several couples to enjoy the house without feeling crowded. Overall, the house was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time. Lots of room for all! we figured we worked our eating off with the steps.

About 2 weeks before our trip we were told that our rental had issues possibly from the bomb my that went off over Christmas.Alex offered us this place which was recently constructed and much more roomy. The view from the deck on top floor was spectator looking over the city (Great to see fireworks).The place was beautiful and the only downfall was it was about 1.5 miles from downtown. We had to walk, Uber, bird every time we went to track/Broadway. Also, the wifi was weak. All things considered we were happy with our stay and Alex did a very good job. If we go back next year I will look for playlist properties again.

Was a bit hesitant on booking because the house had just become available and had no reviews yet. However, the house blew us away and was even better than expected. Extremely spacious and all the rooms, beds, and bathrooms are as advertised. The home was extremely clean and well maintained. The property manager, Alex, was extremely friendly and made the rental & check-in process very easy. During peak rush hour, the main downtown area was less than a 15 minute drive/uber. The Downtown can be seen from the rooftop patio and from some of the bedrooms making it pleasant to hang out up there. Would definitely rent this place again and would highly recommend you get in touch with Alex at Playlist Properties for any of your Nashville rental needs. They are a true pleasure to work with!

Alex went over and above to help and to answer any questions I had regarding the property, restaurants, places to go, etc. He was helpful throughout the entire booking from start to finish. Whatever I asked, he followed through to make sure our group was taken care of. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, the amenities were perfect, more than enough space for our 4 couples. The kitchen had anything you could possibly need. TVs in every room and common area. The home was beautifully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The rooftop deck and view of the skyline was the icing on the cake. Lauren at Playlist Properties was a doll and was available throughout to help with any questions as well.
