Very enjoyable stay. House is great. View is amazing. House comes with a lot of the little home items that just make the property special. Would recommend this property to anyone.

This was our first vacation to Arizona and we were celebrating our 30th anniversary. Couldn’t have had a better home to stay in. It was perfect. Location was great. We had a great time site seeing and loved relaxing time in the home and pool! Would love to stay there again.

Very nice place, easy to find and a great location for us

Rented this property for a long weekend for our family. We had 3 couples and a 2 year old. The house was amazing. Each couple had their own King room and bathroom. The kitchen was very large and was stocked with everything we needed to make dinner each night. We spent most of our time in the pool admiring the amazing views. I do recommend getting up early and taking in a sunrise one morning if you stay at this property. We would absolutely stay here again if we plan another trip to the Phoenix area!

Everything was excellent; the communication with the owner, the house was spacious and each of the bedrooms had there own bath. The view from backyard was breathtaking.

Well stocked kitchen for nights we stayed in and cooked and plenty of local joints for dinner close by the house for when we went out. Pool was perfect! Location was excellent. Lovely views. Not a single bad thing to say about the rental process or the house. Will definitely stay again!

We like to vacation in Phoenix in a luxurious house in a scenic area, chill, shop, enjoy activities and take some sun. This does it all. Lovely house with attentive and considerate rental company and owner who dealt with all requests promptly make for a very pleasant experience.

Our family stayed at the property in July, the hottest time of the year in Arizona. The home was clean and cool when we arrived. The pool and the view out back were amazing. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property and I would stay again.

This is an amazing property...HUGE. It did feel like a mansion in the desert and the ability to park in the garage (unlike a lot of properties) was great. Pool was awesome (and quite cool) in the 110°F+ heat of June. There were quails, owls, and bats as the property faces desert open space. Location is great to get out of Phoenix, but still be in civilization, but feel like you are staying somewhere much more rural. The entire house was very well-stocked from the kitchen to the pool floaties. A 5 min. drive to Target to get food and other necessities. Honestly, the only reason we came to Phoenix was to fly JSX from our local airport, but it was a great experience at this property for a week getaway, even with the crazy heat. We would definitely return to this exact property in the future!

Overall a wonderful stay, beautiful home. Excellent kitchen amenities and comfortable bedrooms. Awesome pool area which was a oasis during the warm weather.

What a wonderful home! The house had everything we needed for an unbelievable stay! The views from the front porch and to pool very both absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed every single minute of our stay and would absolutely stay there again!

This property is an oasis in the desert. The management company was so easy to work with and very attentive to making sure our stay was problem free. The saltwater pool is soooo relaxing

Very conveniently located. Short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. We went for the Super Bowl and activities were spread out around different towns. The attention to details with this house were unmatched to any vacation rental we have ever stayed and and we have frequented several. Thanks so much for the memorable stay!

This is a beautiful home with top appliances, large pool and beautiful views! Checking in and checking out was very smooth. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. Very close to restaurants, gas stations and shopping. Definitely recommend this home to anyone that stays in the Fountain Hills area! A+++

Pool clean, beautiful padded lounge chairs. (I would recommend pulling the 2 basic lounge chairs and upgrading them to match the comfort of the other two). Beautiful view, Comfortable beds and air conditioning worked nicely. Location was a quick drive to Scottsdale. Grocery is a quick 5min drive. Amenities were wonderful. Huge master suite and appliances are all top of line. Would definitely recommend!

From booking the rental until we checked out, our stay was amazing. The timely manner in which management provided information prior to the trip and during the trip was very professional. The house is so spacious and has beautiful views from every window in the house. The seclusion of the house was excellent for the husband and I. The house came with everything you need in a vacation house, all you need to do is bring the food and drinks. Definitely a vacation location to keep on our list. Thank you

This was a vacation for us, our grown children and their girlfriends. We picked the location in Arizona for the weather, and the beauty of the home and it did not disappoint!! The house was clean with all the supplies we needed and the pool was amazing!!! We will definitely go back!!!!

We had a total of 3 couples in the house. The house was spacious, clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed to cook. Large fridge accommodated all the food and drink. Pool area was the best. Very clean. The view is spectacular. Nothing in the back but mountain views. We had a bee problem at the pools fountain. One phone call and next day the problem was addressed! Excellent response time. All communication was via text and very efficient. We highly recommend this property

Best home we ever rented. Has everything you could ever need.

Awesome property, beautiful home, very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, gadgets & accessories, along with new top of the line appliances. Open floor plan with comfortable furniture to watch TV or movies. Master bedroom was a mini suite with sitting area, walk in closet, double sinks, & big walk -in shower with rain shower head. Second bedroom had queen bed, private bathroom with tiled shower, third bedroom had queen bed, with door into bathroom with shower/tub combo that was shared from hallway. Laundry room was set up perfect with lots of space to fold clothes. Our favorite part was outside, beautiful pool, with water fountain, and spectacular views of the desert and hills. We paid to have the pool heated which was nice for our nightly swims. So peaceful, just the stars & lights. Location was perfect, 10 minute drive to main town of Fountain Hills where you will find great restaurants, shopping and of course the big fountain, which goes off every hour for 15 minutes, you can also see from front porch of house. We will definitely rent this house again, easy check-in, & check-out, any questions or concerns were by text or phone, which were answered right away. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, beautiful home this is the one!!

This home is incredible. ALL of your needs are met. It’s spacious, well kept and fully stocked and the views are outstanding. It’s location is super private and quiet, on a dead end street. There is a home being constructed next door but it hasn’t gotten past the foundation stage and doesn’t look like it’s been touched in quite some time. The entire home is spotless inside and out. The kitchen has every conceivable appliance, pot, pan, dish and glass you could ever need. The bed linens are all super soft down comforters and pillows. The beds are all huge and extremely comfortable. A near brand new washer and dryer are in great condition and do a great job. I love the pay-it-forward concept regarding laundry detergent, food and beverages, rather than having to throw it all away at the end of each stay. The backyard view is absolutely INCREDIBLE and the pool is amazing. The only thing I would change about the home is to add a door or at the very least, a curtain, in the master bedroom to separate the bathroom. If you do plan on sleeping 4 people in the master (2 in the bed and 2 on the sofa sleeper), please know there is zero privacy in the bathroom, particularly when using the shower. This is open concept to the extreme!!
