Our family and close friends all stayed at this lovely and spacious residence where we all felt very accommodated. The Rooms were perfect for our crew! Plenty of restrooms and loved all the space around the kitchen and dining area. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for letting us have the garage code! We really enjoyed our stay here. This house was big enough for our group. Lots of bathrooms and plenty of room in the kitchen. Contact with the property manager was easy and response time was quick. The view over the lake was beautiful. A plus was the very comfortable beds! We enjoyed it!

This is one of the best VRBO experiences our family has ever had. Home is immaculate, well appointed, in a great location. The property management communication was timely and impeccable. We had three families and each had their own space and bathrooms plus room for the kids. Linens are beyond any quality I’ve known in a rental. It was the perfect place for our family reunion and exploring Pagosa and the surrounding area. We will be back - thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

This property met all of our needs and made for a great home base during our time in Pagosa Springs. I would stay here again. Key features to note: - More towels than any VRBO I've ever stayed at! It was great! - Kitchen was well-stocked with condiments and spices. I recommend checking in and reviewing before buying any. - Hosts provided laundry and dish detergent, trash bags, and plenty of toilet paper. There were essentially 2 master suites in the home and then 2 rooms for others. Every bedroom had it's own full bathroom, with 3 being ensuites. Communication was great throughout our stay!

The property was perfect for our family’s needs. We did a lot of adventuring in the area, and it was great to come back to a quiet and private community to relax. The host management was quick to answer questions and take care of our needs. The home provided plenty of towels and linens. It was clean and comfortably furnished. Grocery store was conveniently close, and we were able to do a lot of our meals at the house. The views were amazing and we watched hot air balloons every morning. I would highly recommend this place!

Property was well decorated, clean and had lovely views over the lake. Easy to get anywhere in town and appreciated the ability to park in the garage.

This property was amazing! Definitely the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. It was immaculate! The owners are clearly detail oriented and spared no expense. The beds and linens, just to name a few items, are high-end and luxurious. The large cocktail ice cubes are such a classy touch. The hot-tub was great. Their recommendations in the book were spot on and very much appreciated. Our family just raved about it the whole weekend and even after returning home. We will definitely look to book again next time we visit Pagosa.

This property was beautiful inside and out, with awesome accomodations and views! Beds were comfy, everything was clean, and communication with the property management was very easy! They were very accomodating and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. They even went the extra mile and decorated the house per my request for a birthday we were celebrating. I would definitely go back!

This property comfortably accommodated our group of 9. The duplex was roomy with plenty of bathrooms, dining space, 2 car garage and mudroom. The bunkroom was spacious and very comfortable. 2 of the 4 full baths were very roomy with nice counter space. The 2 masters were also very nice and good sized. The kitchen was large enough for us to cook and clean for our large group. The pantry was large and the side counter was very nice for coffee and our bar area. The decor was modern and up to date. The management company checked in with us prior to check in and a couple of times during our stay, making it comfortable for us to contact them with anything we needed. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again!

The home itself is beautiful and new. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in and the all of the bedding was an absolute dream. The layout is very nice and spacious for our group. With the house being on a lake, there were a lot of bugs. You couldn't go outside at night time without letting an army of bugs in; we made that mistake the first night. There were bugs everywhere and no vacuum to suck them all up. Luckily, we contacted the management company and they were very easy to deal with. They sent out the sweetest housekeeper the next day to vacuum up all the bugs. This house is in a new neighborhood. There is construction surrounding the house, so it wasn't as tranquil as the pictures in the listing portray. On our last day, we weren't even able to use the back of this property as they were working on a trench directly in the backyard. However, as soon as all of the new houses are built, I'm certain this will be a nice neighborhood. I know the HOA will be sure of it.

We stayed at the mountain villa unit 24 and had an absolutely amazing time. The house was so spacious and modern. We were right in the lake and in the evenings watched a beautiful sunset with one night seeing a double rainbow over the lake. I highly recommend using itrip and staying at this property.
