We really enjoyed our stay. The property was peaceful and had great views of the valley.

Everything was good, the beds weren’t real comfortable, we had plenty of hot water and plenty of room. The deck was the best part!

We stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful property. Yes the pictures of that deck view are accurate- absolutely beautiful!! The unit is clean, nicely appointed and well located for your Durango area adventure. We would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was equipped with everything we needed, was well-kept, clean, and comfortable. We spent much of our time out on the huge deck, taking in the beautiful view of the mountains for as far as we could see in any direction. The house was in a very convenient location, just off of Rt. 550, far enough away from town center to feel the expansiveness of the mountains, but close enough to be able to run into town for groceries, shopping, and going out to eat. Highly recommended!!!

A short distance away from downtown Durango and yet so close to most activities, food and shopping. 1st, I love Colorado. Always have always will. Durango has really grown to be a close favorite city. 2nd, I use VRBO exclusively and have trusted their services. I've struggled writing a review this time that wouldn't be critical of this rental. Instead the following is a strong recommendation for the owner and property management. 1.) Follow your posted Mountain AC rules before guest arrives and do invest in one or two window AC units. 3.) clean filter in the portable AC with hose before guest arrives 4.) Be aware of temperatures before guests arrive so #'s 1,2 and 3 will be a a peak performance. 5.) Bringing in an non working, dirty appliance even temporarily to use as a substitute is inefficient. 6.) The customer giving chose-able solutions in order to have a new appliance before a week later is unacceptable. 7.) Property management team please keep customer informed all along the process. Other than once they did respond in a timely manner. Cud-dos to the member who shipped a forgotten item to my home. 8.) The Durango Post Office will not deliver mail/packages/letters or anything else to this rental, no matter who you inform ahead of time. Checking the status of the expected delivery will not help. Go to the PO and pick it up there. 9.) For any cooking utensil reported not working get creative or go buy it. Ooops at 1500 character limit.

The property was lovely and the night view from the living room was spectacular due to the high windows in the livingroom. The maintenance had problems and I felt I was expected to clean much more than I should have on the last day since we paid a cleaning fee. There was no division from the shower and bedroom and the tub was WAY too high to get into. Getting a hold of a manager was so unbelievably easy and she rates #1 in my book.

Excellent property! Our hosts were welcoming and the communication was fantastic from the very beginning. We were provided with everything we needed for a great stay. We spent a lot of time out on the deck. What a view! We recommend staying here.

The rental was true to both the pictures on-line as well as the description. The owner also provided toys for kids and, if we had a dog, there were accommodations available for a pet as well. The kitchen was fantastic with everything necessary for cooking. What a fantastic location, only 5 minutes outside of town including a grocery store. Stunning views from giant deck. Ping pong and air hockey were a perfect place for older kids to enjoy while grand kids slept upstairs. Loved our stay - highly recommended

The location was perfect for anyone visiting the summer sights in Durango. Only minutes from downtown attractions and on the road towards Silverton, this house certainly met our needs for our one week stay.

The property was in a great location with.a beautiful view of the mountains, clean and comfortable. There isn’t anything we didn’t like about our stay there and our visit to Durango.

The house beautiful with views of the valley. The deck. Is huge! We sat outside and watched the world go by. Beautiful setting. The house was tastefully decorated with every amenity, convenient to town, ski areas, on the road to Silverton. Our only drawback was a steep stairway to enter. High end linens and bedding. Well equipt kitchen. Everything perfect.

Beautiful place

Overall great stay and property. Lots of stairs to get to it. Floors could have been cleaner. Bathtub was dirty too. Patio and deck was nice. Great kitchen supplies. Lots of fans which was nice with how hot it was. We would stay here again.

The deck overlooks an incredible mountain scene that changes constantly. Watch the sunsets light them up, rainbows after rains!! Perfect location - very close to town, near the trolley stop…so easy to get around. The house is open and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen for any kind of cooking. Enjoy!

The deck has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Loved the seating area and table and chairs on the deck. The only drawback for our family was the stairs to get into the house, especially for my 75-year-old parents. We parked our cars down by the trampoline as the driveway has a steep incline to leave the cars parked.

Exceptionally Nice Property! Picture windows galore with views. Decor modern and fresh! Biggest best deck ever...cool northern exposure with views of red Mesozoic rock cliffs and many species of birds in the adjoining trees. Birders' paradise from the deck couch...many unusual species seen. Dog friendly. This was the best property we have stayed in yet.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and provided all our basic needs and then some. After four days of camping near Telluride, out time in Durango was the cherry on top! This spacious home gave us some much needed individual privacy and space. The deck was breathtaking - we spent our morning coffee time together soaking in the gorgeous vistas and cool breezes. We will definitely look to stay here again when in Durango. Thank you for this gift of space and family time.

We had a nice stay in Durango. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time out of the house as our son lives in town and we were out and about a lot. We had our dogs with us so went to Oxbow with them every morning for a walk which was very convenient (since the yard is small and not fenced). Thanks for the hospitality!

Great home in a great location. I will definitely stay here again. Close to town but just outside the bustle. Hanging out on the deck was amazing. Everything was well kept and very clean.

The property is great and just to let people know it does not have A/C. They call it mountain air in which you open the windows in the evenings and close them in the morning. The only problem with that is when it’s 90+ degrees in the summer it’s hard to get all that heat out. The property owner who lives next door brought over a portable A/C unit for us and it helped tremendously. The balcony bud huge and has plenty of seating available. Great location.

This home has a huge deck with a fabulous view. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with windows overlooking the deck lets you enjoy the view from inside as well. The location is great - just a few miles from the center of town, grocery stores etc. A great spot for families.
