My family and i came over for a destination wedding. This home was a great place to relax, and enjoy peace and quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the charming little towns more. The most wonderful part for my hisband and I was hearing the stream run as we laid down to sleep.

We had the best time staying here! It comfortably fit 10 adults (and we had a great time sharing the “kids” room, offered plenty of room for gathering together, and overall was a great home base for a long weekend :)

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Red House. Had everything we needed. The fenced yard was perfect for our little old blind dog. This would be a great house for those with kids. Had a great playroom area upstairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to spend a week exploring Durango and all the attractions. We have two dogs that are used to having a fenced in backyard and this place was perfect. The dogs could spend time outside without having to be on a long leash/lead. Side road was not too far away, so it was great for morning walks... though there are some neighbors with dogs so earlier in the morning the better.
Overall house was great, exactly what was advertised and perfect. No issues with anything. Would definitely stay again and again.

We stayed at The Red House for a week and throughly enjoyed all the amenities. Close to Durango, fishing locations & drove out to Mesa Verde too. So much to experience in just a short drive. Enjoyed having privacy of a more rural location too.

Great stay in a wonderful and very well outfitted house beautifully located in the country but still very convenient to Durango. Excellent value for our family of 6 with outstanding amenities and accommodations.

This is why of our favorite home we stayed, we sold our home and are traveling so we have seen many. Secluded enough but quick drive to Durango roughly 15 min depending on traffic.
Fenced in yard, big bonus. Nice big room upstairs for the kids to enjoy. Highly recommended!

The Red House was a perfect place for friends to gather for our Friendsgiving celebration.
The house comfortably accommodated the 6 adults and two dogs. The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable.
We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice location for our group. Had a couple of nice dinners using the grill, but it was a little chilly to eat outside.
Trip was too short as there are so many things to do and see in SW Colorado.

From beginning to end, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the red house! The interior is so cozy, happy and inviting💕 The decor is farmhouse (my favorite) and I loved all the happy animal paintings throughout the home! The house was well stocked with everything you may need!
And the back yard was a great place to kick back and enjoy a glass of wine while you greet the turkeys during their evening stroll. The location is great- close to all, but far enough to feel secluded and peaceful. Durango is an amazing town with so much to do! We spent a week and it still was nowhere near enough time!

we spent 4 nights at Red House Durango and loved it! The house was roomy, well equipped and located nicely outside Durango. Easy to explore Durango, Animas River and Mesa Verde National Park. There is an irrigation river near the house so we were lulled to sleep by the babbling water!

The house is very charming, clean, very well stocked and comfortable. We appreciate how well managed taken care the house is. Loved the fenced yard for our dogs. Beds are comfortable. And children loved upstairs hang out space. Location is good for exploring all Durango has to offer. The only downside is that we felt hot, it was heat wave that week and even with great fans provided, it was hot in late afternoon until sunset. Other than that, great house and I’d recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at this home! It met all our expectations and more. The home was super clean and well stocked. The beds were super comfortable and kitchen was awesome. The outdoor space was beautiful and relaxing. We could not recommend this place enough!! It’s the perfect getaway when visiting Colorado! Lastly, the owner is fantastic at quick communication and answering any questions we had. Thank you!!

We spent several days at the Red House in Durango and it was a hit with everyone! The house is clean and charming. The kitchen is well stocks and the beds are comfortable. The two little kids loved the outdoor space and the kids area upstairs. Thanks for the great stay!

We just got back from a week at this lovely house. We had a great time. The location is perfect - only 10 minutes from Durango. It was nice to be out in the quiet country away from the hustle and bustle of Durango. The house was wonderful - super clean, tons of towels, sheets, blankets, comfortable beds and everything you could possibly want or need in the kitchen. We loved having a washer and dryer and our dogs loved the fenced in grassy backyard. A deer walked right through the yard the first night we were there. Very good communication with the owners. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house to anyone.

My sister, niece and I recently stayed here for a girls week in Durango. I can’t express enough how cute this house is! The inside is very spacious and SO cute! The outdoor space is so pretty and inviting with an amazing view and stream. The house has everything you need and the owner touched base to make sure we had all we needed. Such a great place. Quiet and a quick drive to get to downtown Durango. We will be back again! We really loved our stay! Thanks for having us!
