Super clean. We had all we needed for a great weekend in Northern Kentucky.

It was late at night when we arrived. Originally it was difficult to locate, but after that it was fine. Maybe something, a sign, a colored post, something that stands out to “mark” the location visibly. Extremely clean, loved the decor “beach”, wish the fireplace was working, it had candles, thought there might be a few more items, foils, bags, etc…but stores were close. But really enjoyed our stay. Contacted owners a couple of times and they were quick to respond. Visited the Ark, Creation Museum, Belgium Waffle House in Cincinnati, Buffalo Trace factory, lots of quality time with mom and siblings.

The house is really nice and clean. Very well decorated. The beds were very comfy. We really enjoyed the screened in back porch and deck with the view of the dock. Would definitely recommend!

Even though the property was isolated, the home was perfect. Very clean and nicely decorated. Beautiful view of the lake. Whoever supplied the home thought of everything…it was like being in my own home. Does the owner have any more VRBO’s…we will go to any of their places!!

Great property. Nice house. Very modern and relaxing. The house was clean, up-to-date, and nicely stocked. Owners provided nice extras like towels, coffee, sheets, kitchen gadgets, and more. The screened sun porch was beautiful, and we enjoyed resting out there. 8 of us stayed and the house was very comfortable for us. We did not feel crowded. Highly recommend! The owners were very responsive to our questions. The only note I would add is there we did not feel like the lake was swimmable. There was nowhere to enter the lake other than jumping off the dock, but there was no way to get out after that unless we used the neighbor's ladder which we were not comfortable using their dock without permission. It was also very rocky. Watersports would have been fine though.

This place had everything! We went to a friends dock to swim and boat, but this was the perfect evening retreat. Road heading into the property is rocky but going slow w a van is fine and if you have a 4x4 it’s a breeze.

Beautiful place to stay. Perfect location from the Ark and Creation Museum. Loved the screen in porch which overlooked the lake.

The house was clean and comfortable. During the week it was quiet and relaxing. The road to the house was terrible. If you care about your vehicle, wait till they fix the road.

The house and property were very accommodating for our group of 8. The purpose of our trip was to visit the Ark facility and this house provided the perfect, near-by accommodation. The property was clean, well furnished and cozy. The driveway, road to get to the property and the parking area are definitely tricky. Be prepared for some steep areas, muddy areas and tight squeezes, but they’re all manageable and bring you to this peaceful home.

The Lake House was the best VRBO place we have ever stayed! I can’t say enough about our quiet and peaceful stay! We just didn’t stay long enough! We have never stayed in a cleaner, more well equipped, and more prepared for anything you might have forgotten, place. With all the extras all you need is clothes, food and a toothbrush😊. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

This property is beautiful on the Williamstown Lake. The interior of the home is gorgeous and was just right for two couples and four children. Hanging out on the back deck for many of the meals was so pleasant, especially with the view of the lake. Highly recommended. Very convenient getting to WalMart and other stores and restaurants. We went from the house to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. The only disappointment was that there was an algae bloom in the lake, so we couldn't swim off of the dock. I don't know if this is a seasonal issue.

The house is perfect! The owners go above and beyond to make sure you have all you need. It’s a little ways from town, which made it harder to grab a quick bite to eat, but not bad at all! We loved it. We rented a boat and it was so peaceful .

The property was well maintained. The house has pretty much all you need. I wish there was open cabinet space though for food you bring to the home. Cozy lake home, well taken care of. Probably better for summer vacations and not when the weather is cooler. Stores are close as advertised which was nice. Oh if you try to run the dishwasher and the power doesn’t work, there is a switch above the countertop you must make sure is on. The family had a few relaxing days there. Would recommend.

House was clean and our stay was great! The house is close to the Ark Encounter and also close enough to the Cincinnati Zoo and Newport Aquarium. Weather was great and house had everything you need for meals.

We stayed in this lovely lake house for Spring Break. The weather was cold, so we didn’t spend as much time on the deck/sun room as I had hoped to, but it was still a lovely view. The house was wonderful. It was clean and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

It was a nice stay. Everything was great. Road to property is a little treacherous (especially at night) as it is a dirt road and overlooks the lake. We had to be very cautious as we drove in and out. Otherwise great property.

We absolutely loved this place! Only problem was, we didn’t get to stay long enough!!! Definitely worth it and we would consider staying at this same place if we ever visit the area again!

I realize that unforeseen things can happen. Maybe the property owner or manager should be aware of how the plumbing is run. Over all without the water issue and having to cut our stay short the property was beautiful and peaceful just as I had hoped. Im looking forward to maybe getting this property again. I do hope that the dock and landing to the water are shored up. the dock felt unstable and dangerous.

We really enjoyed this property! It was very clean, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We came to town to visit the Ark Encounter and it was less than 15 min away. The beds were comfortable. The screened in porch was our favorite. We sat out there in the evenings listening to the frogs and watched the fireflies. The view is beautiful! It was so quiet & peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

The road down to the property is not for the faint of heart, coming down a gravel steep hill you approach concrete pavement one slight mistake could land you into the lake, then at the sharp right turn someone had dumped a humongous pile of construction filler rocks in the road leaving a very narrow gravel passage to the home. The property is exceptionally more beautiful than the pictures show. Fully stocked kitchen and Bed & bath linens. Very clean with state of the art appliances coordination of furniture and decor exquisite. Easy living At it’s best!
