Arrived with my wife our 2 year old and 9 month old along with their grandparents and everyone loved the home. It is clean, solidly built and beautiful! What really made it special for us was our communication and prompt responses from Olivia. We asked if there was a crib there so we wouldn't have to fly with one and Olivia made sure to get one there before we arrived! After day one, we asked about a highchair, it was there within hours! We had some issues with the AC leaking, Olivia arranged plumbers to fix while we were out. All these things that could have made the trip difficult actually ended up making it better and more memorable! The grounds are immaculate, the pool is relaxing, and there's really no items that didn't enhance our already great stay. Would return again, no question!

We enjoyed staying here both for the location and the amenities of the townhouse and complex. There were a few items that needed attention/fixing in the place but nothing so major as to derail our stay. Communication from the host was slow or kind of short, but all in all would stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It has new owners and management and everything was wonderful again. The property manager, Olivia, is very attentive and the home is well appointed with amenities. We love the proximity to the shops and movie theater. We absolutely love it here!

Great location, clean house with all you need to have a great time in Hawaii! Olivia was easy to work with and we had no issues while visiting. Lots of great toys in the garage for the beach!

We loved this property! It was spacious, beautiful, and clean. We have done a lot of traveling and I believe this is the most well-equipped place that we have stayed at. Besides having a well functioning kitchen and BBQ, the property had a garage full of items for us to use including adult bicycles (with helmets!), boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach toys, beach umbrellas, and more. The pool and work-out area were close by. We ate out on the deck every night which was lovely. Olivia was a great host and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great location (right on the golf course) and very close to everything and a easy walk to restaurants, golf and beaches. Very nice that the unit included all the beach gear we needed, plus 4 great bikes to ride around. We did experience a couple of small “issues” while we were there - We were told they had 2 sets of golf clubs to use during our stay but that turned out to be false. The response time from the manager was a bit slower then what we are use to both before and during our stay, so be prepared. The unit itself was perfect for our family - each had their own bed room and bath plus an extra day bed in the loft (perfect for our grandkids to sit and read a book). We rented another unit in the complex a couple of homes over for our daughter and family which was so perfect. We could all be easily together at various times throughout the day.

My husband I spent the month of February (I know right?!) in this property. We had spent time in this unit 3 years previous with friends and booked it because of the great layout and well-stocked kitchen. I have some food sensitivities, so I end up cooking more than eating out. It is one of the only times I have booked a property with a property manager rather than an owner. My experience is that an owner stays in the unit at least occasionally, so things get maintained and taken care of a bit better. This was the case in this lovely unit. When we arrived the main floor bathroom hot tap would not turn on. Turns out it was broken and had been previously disabled. If I was only staying for a week or so it wouldn’t have really been an issue to only use the cold tap but booking for 4 weeks make it a bit more difficult to make do. It is not a cheap property and that always influences expectations. We ended up waiting at the condo twice for repair guys that didn’t show up. In the end we came home one day to find a guy under the sink working on it while we were away. I didn’t really like that they went in without us. They did replace both taps on the sink and the broken toilet seat while they were there. Here is my list of amazing comments… -Soooo many beach towels! It was awesome to not have to wash a load of the 4 beach towels they usually supply each day after! There were probably 20 beach towels in the 3 bedroom unit. -Every fun item you might want was in the little garage. Multiple snorkels and fins, golf clubs, lawn chairs, umbrellas, bikes, bike repair stuff, bamboo mats, coolers of all sizes, ice packs, probably more that I can’t remember. -The upper balcony that isn’t talked about in the description much was such a nice place for a morning cup or an evening happy hour cocktail. Private and quiet. Lovely view. -Beds were super compfy! Just the right balance of supportive and cushy. -Well stocked kitchen! The knife block has a sharpener so the knives were actually sharp. That must be the first time ever in a condo rental that the knives were good. -I loved the lighted magnified mirror in all the bathrooms! Nice touch. Here is my list of things that could be improved… -Kitchen chairs have lost the support in the seat so when you sit in them you end up perching on the square wood support around the outside under the cushion. They still look great but just need a bit more support under the cushion. -The carpet under the kitc

We loved our stay in this wonderful place. Great location with lots of nature around. We plan on returning soon.

As advertised. Beautiful condo in a perfect location

This was a perfect location for 3 couples and a baby. The villa came stocked with dry goods, soaps and detergents. The villa is Close to amenities ...walking distance to the market and shops. Beautiful Pool and spa are in walking distance. We used the bicycles and the beach chairs. Overall, excellent location and comfortable place to stay! We hope to return!

This was the first time our family has all gotten together in one place in almost 2 years and this condo was perfect for us. The location is great and it is stocked with everything for long days at the beach. Really saved on the hassle and cost of rentals. It was clean and very well appointed. Highly recommend for a family.

I can’t say enough about this amazing property & our 3 week stay in this beautiful townhouse. The home is incredibly welcoming, clean & super well stocked. There’s not a thing I would change or ask for. The beds & furniture is really comfortable and I enjoyed my coffee every morning on both patios watching the golfers go by! Great location! This property won’t disappoint! Our entire group loved their stay here!

The condo was very clean and well appointed. It was nice to have a full-sized washer and dryer to use. We really like the location of these villas and have stayed in this complex several times.

Great vacation get away! Good location and accommodation.

This property has it all. Beautiful unit, comfortable furniture and every amenity We needed for our weeklong stay. Plenty of supplies were available for laundry, dishes, etc. The location on the golf course was beautiful. The pool is gorgeous- rock waterfalls and surrounded by nice landscaping. Communication with the property manager was easy and Jessi made our stay there completely carefree.

The condo was very beautiful with ample space. The additional equipment like bikes and beach supplies were very helpful. The location was very close to groceries, restaurants and shopping. Beaches were only a short drive away. Would definitely recommend this place..

Everything we wanted, close to markets and dinning, away from Kona town. Quiet and peaceful, great snorkeling nearby at 49 black sand beach, thought to be the best on the big Island. Great place to unwind after a week on Maui!

This condo was the most well appointed place we have ever rented! The beds were AMAZING and the home is so comfortable. Thank you! We cannot wait to come back next summer!

Waikoloa Beach Villas 5 other times in the past and it is our favorite property in the Big Island for its prime location and P-1 did not disappoint. We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit is very clean and nicely decorated. Parking was such a hassle (first time ever) but it could be because we had 2 cars with us. Property Manager Jessi was every easily to deal with and quick to respond. I highly recommend this unit and Property Management!!

We stayed 15 nights. Our children joined for part of the trip, everyone was very comfortable. We loved the patio and pools. We used the bikes, golf clubs and beach gear. We would definitely return to this property. Jessie was great to work with and very helpful.

Lovely condo in a great complex. Condo was exactly as advertised and very roomy and well laid out. Pools were well kept and staff was friendly. Very handy to beach, shopd and restaurants!! Our only disappointment was that they only allow 6 people in this condo although there is bedding for more. Since this was a family holiday, & having rented two other 3 bedroom condos in this complex, both allowing 8 people, we were disappointed that we could not have all our grandchildren sleep over one night. Jessie at Kema Kama was great to deal with and allowed my husband &I to rent this as a 2 bedroom our last 5 days, as our family left earlier.

We were three couples renting this property. Very comfortable and roomy. We were not lacking anything to make our stay enjoyable. Quiet area with great walking trails. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nice beach nearby. We would definitely rent here again.

The Waikoloa Beach Villa was wonderful and comfortable for our family. The layout is great and we enjoyed sitting on the patio. Th kitchen is very well supplied and easy to cook in if you wish. We really appreciated the beach equipment, which meant that we had everything we needed for enjoying the many wonderful beaches nearby. One of the best is the beach in Waikoloa; very calm for swimming and small children. The sunsets there were awesome!

Wonderful place to stay. The condo was immaculate and in a great location. The amenities were wonderful and well thought out. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

What a beautiful stay we had. Lots of room for our 6 guests. Everything you need they have to make your stay comfortable! The beds are very comfy too! Excellent location of the property. Easy to walk to all shopping, the pool and the gym. Thank you for making out stay memorable. We will be back!!
