We enjoyed the gorgeous view, the short walk to the beach, the ample room for our group, and the deck in the sunshine overlooking the ocean. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and baking. Having 2 fridges was a big help for groceries for our group. The property has lovely grounds. We liked the big table where we could eat together. The sink in the bathroom closest to the kitchen has minimal water coming out for handwashing. Water pressure for flushing toilets was low in downstairs bathroom. But these were little things that just come with home use and probably just need a little attention. Overall, great spot!

We had a family reunion for my husband’s birthday celebration and this was a perfect rental for our family of 20. There is plenty of sleeping, playing, relaxing and eating room. Beach access is a couple of blocks away and ocean view from the deck and upstairs windows. Downtown is close by. Comfortable beds. Clean. Well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

This house worked very well for our large family, with plenty of room to be together or be apart, as we chose. We were very fortunate to have good weather and we enjoyed sitting outside on the large deck to view the sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. Many of our family members are sensitive to fragrances, so we really appreciated the low-fragrance products that were used in cleaning --- no dryer sheet smells! The yard was very nicely maintained and it was pleasant to hear the sounds of the nearby creek.

Great home, great location, clean, and everything that was promised!

It was a wonderful weekend. Lots of extras in the house amenities board games, movies, extra towels. Has a great view of the ocean from the front deck. Has a beautiful back yard with a stream and a bridge going over it. The house is older but very charming. The only complaints were it doesn’t have AC and it was one of the very few hot weekends on the Oregon coast. There were also ants in the kitchen upon the arrival but someone had left an open bag of sugar in the cupboard. Other than that it was a great weekend the house was very spacious and fit all 16 of us comfortably.

Love the place, but all the mattress need to be replaced. Would be a cheap fix, other than that it’s great.

Our family stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The house is large and well stocked. We enjoyed the space and the views.

What a great place! Gorgeous backyard with a stream running through it. Three houses from the beach and amazing views. This is an older beach house, so it had a few quirks, but…..it’s an older beach house! You have to expect that. So much room to spread out, well equipped kitchens (yes - one up and one down), lots of seating areas inside and out, toys, scooters, beach misc, games! We will be back for sure!!

It was very comortable and offered individual privacy/space and group visiting. It had plenty of bathroom space and a wonderful deck large enough for group gathering, and it looked out over the ocean beautifully. We sat out and watched the sunset in the evenings and stars at night. It was an easy 5 min walk from the beach and I would absolutely recommend this EXCELLENT Accommodation. Thank you

We enjoy our stay in Manzanita. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

The house is clean and well-maintained. There are lots of rooms and beds to accomodate a big family/group. The beach is just few minutes walk and we had a great time playing on the beach, flying kite and throwing pebbles on the stream. It’s a great property and we’ll come back again!

We had a great time at this house. The main floor is open with an updated kitchen. The downstairs had additional room with a TV and foosball table to entertain the kids. The bedrooms are more dated than the kitchen and main room and it was a little disappointing to not have TVs with roku/fire remotes. Location is spot on.

The bedrooms in the basement were a little less quality than the two rooms upstairs (We rented both units) so some people felt a little slighted. The parking was a problem with only space for 4 cars, since we had 5 families. It was a pain to leave a car parked in an unfamiliar parking lot and so far from the home.

We enjoyed how close it was to the beach. We would have liked to be able to park more cars in the general area. Our group had 5 cars. The agreement stated that we could have 4, but the county said we could have 7. Also, some of the information emailed to us on what we needed to do did not match the information listed at the house, for example the internet listed the house as pet friendly, the house information said no pets.

The lock was not in good condition and needed to be replaced. One of the bedrooms in the downstairs had a curtain instead of a wall and it was partially missing, compromising privacy. In one of the other bedrooms the TV did not work. Other than that, we loved it. There were lots of dishes and cookware to meet our needs, a fantastic fire pit in the back patio, decks off several of the bedrooms, lots of comfortable seating, close to the beach. If they fix what needs to be fixed, we would stay there again.
