Absolutely love the location, off the beaten path and on the outer perimeter of McCall which is nice as it’s quiet. Very close to ponderosa state park. Home itself is well appointed and perfect for our family of 5.

We were attending a wedding in McCall and the Blue Roost proved to be the perfect spot for us. The house is fresh and clean and very comfortable. Many people use the word "cute" to describe it which is accurate. Fresh and bright and accommodating. Quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive to town. I would recommend highly.

This house met all of our vacation needs flawlessly. The kitchen was well-equipped with just enough appliances to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the outdoor space was perfectaly designed to unwind in the hot tub or enjoy a glass of wine by the fire. We really enjoyed our stay here. It is in a great location. Really easy access to the bike path that goes all over town. It was very clean, and we felt comfortable lounging and relaxing in the house. The only bummer we had here was that the outdoor fire pit was out of propane, so we weren’t able to use it for the s’mores we had planned. We contacted the property management company, but it wasn’t fixed during our stay. Other than that everything was great!

The trip was great, the house is in a very quiet part of town and cozy. Prefect for a relaxing getaway. Only issue was the fire alarm going off and trying to get ahold of someone to fix it, we ended up having to call the fire department at 1 am, thankful it’s a small town and they were very friendly and helpful.

Cleaning crew needs to do a better job! Did not clean under anything and dirty sock, that had clearly been there for sometime as it was very dusty, left under bathroom cabinet. Dirty under coffee table and beds

Easy to find and check. Beautifully clean property with everything we needed in the kitchen as well to make our from-scratch meals. Spacious and updated. Nice neighborhood. Great communication from host. Hot tub was not as clean as we hoped, and when we shared that feedback we received quick communication back and someone was over within hours and completely addressed the problem. Excellent care which left me confident any problems we ever encountered would be handled quickly and with care. Would definitely recommend this place and Vacasa managed homes. Hope to stay again next winter for good access to Brundage and skiing!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Blue Roost, the home was beautiful and very clean. The hot tub was quite inviting after a day on the slopes too! Everything was as expected and so close to town, but still the mountain feel with all the evergreens around the home. Very nice stay and will plan to book this home again for sure!

We loved this house!!! Such a charming little home! I would suggest having more seating in the living areas as 6 of us could not sit comfortably at once.

Neighbors are very friendly. We are idaho natives that needed a quick getaway from chaotic growth in boise. I work for vacasa hk and can tell the employees here care. They left the home in clean condition. I recently felt the effects of the major pay cut of housekeeping staff for this region. I was near quitting vacasa, but this lovely stay may have prevented that. Yes i will use this review as a soap box to let corporate know the pay decrease for housekeeping was not only unfair, but will effect the conditions for guests and owners. Aside from that, you can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the home. Stocked well with kitchen supplies, higher end cookwear and utensils. The hot tub is new, and works fantastic. It was perfect for our little family to enjoy eachothers company by the fire. Thank you to local staff for taking such good care of the home. Local staff are the key piece in keeping this company afloat, and you guys deserve all the praise!

We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Roost. It was clean, beautiful and had all the comforts of home. It was the perfect place to come back to after skiing, hot springs and Winter Carnival activities. We enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen and relaxing in the hot tub and spa like bathroom. We have already recommended this property to friends and family for their upcoming trips to the area. We will return to the lovely Blue Roost.

The Blue Roost was a great place to stay. Very clean and tastefully decorated to feel like home away from home. Convenient location not to far away from downtown McCall and Ponderosa State Park!

This property was a perfect family weekend getaway. Very clean on arrival and stocked with the necessities. Had a great time sitting by the fireplace and watching the deer wander up to the front porch.

Tucked in the breathtaking scenery of McCall with the most luxurious decorating touches I have ever seen! I felt like was a part of nature outside then stepped inside the Blue Roost and completely relaxed knowing this gem had everything I needed from a waffle maker to old style Pac-Man mounted on the wall in the game room. My next stay will be longer because four days isn’t long enough.

What a gorgeous an immaculate place. Super clean and yet you get a warm and cozy feeling. Great neighborhood friendly and located so close to everything. One minute drive to grocery stores and downtown McCall. I would highly recommend to family and friends. They provide you with every amenity you can think of for cooking

The house was lovely; nice layout and beautifully furnished. The master suite area is very private so it's perfect for 4 adults and 1 or 2 children. The hot tub was an added bonus that made the stay even more enjoyable. We definately plan to stay at this house again in the future. The kitchen was modern and featured all new appliances.
