Very nice house. Good neighbor hood.

We came for the retirement and bridal shower parties. Had a great time, the house was in a great location. We could have walked to the relatives home. Would rent this property again.

The house was beautiful and spacious! When arrived it was clean, organized and bright. The decorations were beautiful. The pool was big and refreshing. I liked the master bedroom a lot cause of the walk in closet and the private toilet bathroom too. The laundry room had up to date washer and dryer machines. The kitchen had everything. Thank you so much for everything.

The property managers addressed the no cooling immediately and our stay was so comfortable with a cool home with temperatures over 114 degrees. I want to tell the owner though their drip system to water their plants does not seem to be working I would hate for them to loose the beautiful psalm trees.

We were so pleased with this property. Everything was as described and definitely clean. The pool was definitely a highlight for our family. We will be back!

Except for the traffic noise from Riggs Boulevard, excellent place.

I would not recommend this place or stay here again. Upon our arrival we discovered an umbrella in the pool and a pool so green it was by far unswimable. I contacted the host who said they would handle the problem. After no further communication and coming back later we found the pool had cleared up so we could at least swim but was still fairly green and full of dirt/leaves. We also noticed not all the switches in the house worked, there was a hole in the screen door so it was unusable, and minor things were very cheaply put together throughout the house. There was also a leak with the washing machine in which the host was alerted. Rather than communicating with us she instead sent what the check out instructions were prior to sending them twice before. Communication was horrible, the property was not ready for us to stay in, and the house is definitely not as nice as the pictures or price you pay.

Lovely home, very clean, comfortable beds. Love the master bedroom setup. For six adults who needed a break from a winter that refuses to leave in Idaho and Montana, this was wonderful. Hated to leave. Had a mini family reunion with people we hadn’t seen in years. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a great time, pool was a little chilly but we expected that and still enjoyed it. All around great vacation!

Beautiful property. Everything was set up perfectly and was very welcoming. Owners were very helpful with any problems that arose during the stay. Only issue we had was three times, people entered the backyard without informing us they were there. Thankfully, someone was close by to bring our dog inside. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

The house worked well for 4 adults. The beds were very comfortable. We wished we had been given more than 1 key. The backyard space is nice, but we were not aware it was on a busy road. The noise made it difficult to have a conversation at times. Suggestions for improvement: provide luggage racks to place luggage on, nightstands for spare rooms. Fix wobbly kitchen table. Information on how to run the tvs would be nice. It was comfortable and we would stay there again.

We have put together a list of items needing to be addressed at this VRBO/Elite Rental property for future guests. We know that lots of times your renters don't provide you with this kind of feedback, but we have used VRBO enough that we think it's helpful for you to get this feedback for upcoming renters. Our List: On your info sheet for this property you list Trash and Recycling Days. They are exactly the opposite, the Trash goes out on Thursdays and the recycling goes out on Tuesday. May be why they didn't pick the Trash on last Tuesday. Maintenance Items We Noticed: Light Bulbs are out in many fixtures. Desk Lamp in Office area is broken. Light over Cooktop is out. Washing Machine Leaks during cycle. One of the Kitchen Nook chairs has leg damage. Microwave Door Handle is Loose/Broken. Sliding Glass Door Vertical Blinds are damaged and need 6-10 replacements panels. Things/Items it would be Nice to Have/Provide: Kitchen/Nook: 2 Saucepans with Lids (none here currently) Oven Mitts (we used kitchen towels) Measuring Spoons (we bought Measuring Cups) Nook Table is wobbly needs some kind of Shims/Pads More than 1 roll of Paper Towels Outside Plant Lighting/Water: Several of the Outside Bulbs are out Lights need to be positioned on plants (Nicer Ambiance) Landscapers were here on Friday to do the yardeft the water ystem on and it flooded the backyard/side yard and some areas of front. Lft the top off of controllers. I

This house was beautiful. The pictures are true to what you see in the house. We had two families staying together and we had plenty of space. The dining seating supports a lot of different options. The home location is great and I'd love to stay again.

My husband and sons thoroughly enjoyed their stay. This gorgeous and comfortable home was close to family and everything the area offers.

We found this to be a good location to the fields and plenty of restaurants coffee shops and shopping

EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED. VERY ROOMY, LARGE TV'S, WONDERFUL POOL AND PRIVATE. WENT FOR A MINI SECOND HONEYMOON AND THE SPARKS FLEWL.....

Nice house, easy check in and check out process. I stayed here during a business trip. Close to stores and restaurants.
