Very clean and had everything we needed. Many restaurant choices nearby.

Our family of four, which includes my husband and me along with our two college kids, visited Colorado Springs for a family wedding and decided to make it a 5 day vacation. This property allowed us to spread out and have our own space. Our college age girls loved having their own rooms complete with smart televisions and closets. The home is very clean and beautifully decorated, and we liked that we could park our rental car inside the garage. The home is also in a safe residential neighborhood, which allowed my husband and me to take a daily walk without worry. The neighborhood is about 15 minutes or less from all major attractions and shopping/restaurants. The home is split into 3 levels: first level includes the entryway, home office, and bathroom; second level includes living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom; third level includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Because of the three levels, if anyone has difficulty climbing stairs, this home may not be a good fit. Also, since the bedrooms are on the third level, they do get warm so using the fans and possibly opening a window at night might be needed, especially during summer. We have no complaints, though, as the home was beautiful, spacious, and clean, which made our vacation a pleasure! We will definitely look to book this property the next time we visit Colorado Springs!

We rented this home to be close to family and visit for thanksgiving. It was just what we needed and a perfect location for our needs. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
