방문하고 싶었던 재즈 클럽과 가까운 위치여서 밤에 공연보고 걸어올 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 하노이 관광 중심지와 가까워 주변에 다양한 식당과 까페가 많습니다. 직원분들이 친절하게 응대합니다.

우선 제일 힘들었던 점은 모기가 너무 많습니다. 처음 들어가서 잠시 쉬고 있는데 벌써 모기가 보이기 시작하더군요. 원래 제가 모기를 잘 타기도 해서 전기 모기향을 챙겨다니는 편인데 하필 이날따라 두고 와서 모기때문에 고생했습니다. 밤에 모기 4방 물리고도 너무 피곤해서 그냥 자려는데 귀에서 자꾸 앵앵거려서 불켜고 한마리 잡고, 다시 자려고 누웠는데 또 한마리 들러 붙어서 앵앵거려 새벽에 모기 잡다 잠 다 깼네요. 그리고 바닥 턱에 설치했던 미끄럼 방지 패드가 다 떨어져서 덜렁덜렁 거려 발에 계속 차이고, 화장실이 너무 좁습니다. 벽에 걸려있는 TV는 소리만 나고 화면은 나오지 않았습니다. 전체적으로 관리가 안 된 방이었습니다. 중심지에서 적당한 가격으로 고른 호텔이어서 어느정도 예상은 했지만 이럴거면 차라리 더 저렴한 데로 가는 게 나을 것 같습니다.

Clean room, comfortable beds!

The entire staff was so considerate with early checkin and late check out. They did everything to ensure we were comfortable.

The property was nice. It offers a variety of choices and it is on the right location.

Great location within walking distance of the old quarter but far enough away so it isn’t too loud. Simon, the hotel manager, was a great help with really good English. He helped us arrange excursions to the ha-giang loop and all the associated transport. He couldn’t do enough. Would definitely recommend great value for money.

The staff was very friendly and polite. Simon the manager was also very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The location was really convenient. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to a lot of places we planned to travel to. It’s on a big road so you get picked up/dropped off right in front of the hotel. It’s right outside the old quarter so it doesn’t get blocked on the weekends. The staff is really nice too. Everyone is just super helpful.

Breakfast is just okay. Limited choices.

The room is dusty and extremely warm in the afternoon . Seems like the room is not cleaned regularly. The hotel does not accept card payment as well. And it seems like they only have 1 staff for the entire hotel.

The location.

This is a very basic hotel. I'm surprised it's listed as a three star on Booking.com. It could hardly deserve two stars.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Very helpful. It's a new hotel so it wasn't fully up to speed but the room was great, the location was great and the staff (as mentioned) out of this world. Superb location too
