A fantastic resort that provides everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Special mention to Firat Divitci at guest relations for his kind assistance. Thank you to Charlie at 'Regal Travel' (resort based). He provides a very good transfer service. There were a few things I didn't like but overall a great family resort. Azit (waiter) in the green buffet restaurant went over and above. We particularly liked the beach buffet. Lovely hot food. The management arranged us a Mexican Al a carte also complimentary. That was delicious.

Pools on the very cold side. No heated pools. We moved from the Sunset Suites as they really were not so good. I didn't like to see the vermin boxes at the corridors. No ice cream for the children at tea-time. Even lollies would be a bonus. (Ice cream is available in the resort at other times of day), just not at tea time. A bottle of beer in the mini-fridge bar would be nice, or bottled local beer part of the all inclusive package. I think there should be drinks table service at the pool area in the daytime. My advice is to stay in the main hotel. The suites are beautiful if you can afford and think twice about booking a "sunset suite".

Best hotel in the area. Very friendly and helpful young staff. Everyday has a number of events for all the family. Have returned many times and felt safe.

The size of the hotel, room we had was fantastic. Staff were great, Italian A La Carte was lovely, Great selection of food for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

If your hotel could just sort out the following it would be perfect SPA –Turkish Bath -- well this was a total RIP OFF no sauna before, the whole process was only 20 minutes very rushed and not a relaxing experience. The reason we didn’t book a massage, we have been before, and they then try to upsell you more treatments telling you that you have medical problems and if you book 5 more treatments, they will fix your problem. You can get Turkish Bath & Massage package a lot cheaper in town however we choose the SPA for our Turkish Bath as it was convenient. -there were loud children everywhere screaming and crying. There was nowhere for some quiet and relaxing time. They need an adult’s only area, or they need to stop children running around screaming and playing inside the bars. - They had awful music playing loudly by the pool until after midnight every day which was booming in the room, it was terrible entertainment, not good music. - the market shop was ridiculously overpriced and no prices on items, They are ripping tourists off. You need to extended the opening hours for the dinning room for dinner as it is chaotic.
