Very good, clean apartment with excellent proximity to the slopes. A very good value for the price. Comfortable and accommodated everyone on our stay.

Everything was fine! We had a great time and appreciated the accommodations.

The location was good, it was closer to the gondola and the lake

It was very dirty, there’s no hot water, which is the problem for the winter in Lake Tahoe. The heater heater did not work either.

The location is very convenient to reach our destination.

1. Dirty Bedding The bed sheets and pillowcases in the master bedroom were visibly dirty, with multiple stains that were both unsightly and unpleasant. The saliva stain on the pillowcases and unknown/mysterious stains on the bed sheet immediately make themselves available for viewing. Can’t even imagine what was going on and the failed attempt to make the room presentable only adds up to my frustration. This raised concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the property. I strongly suspect that the bedding had not been properly washed after the previous occupant's use. 2. Bathroom Facilities: a. Shower Faucets: The faucets in one of the bathrooms, particularly the shower, were extremely difficult to turn. The work and magic you have to put in to get an ideal temperature is a feat only comparable to climbing Mount Everest. Adjusting the temperature took considerable effort and time, making the overall bathing experience inconvenient. b. Toilet Paper Holder: The toilet paper holder in the same bathroom was broken, causing inconvenience and making it challenging to access essential amenities. c. Broken Lock: The lock in the other bathroom was also broken, compromising the privacy and security of the guests. Overall, we should probably lower our expectations when booking this property but the sheer amount of frustration compelled us to share with the community and warn you to stay away. We do believe that a certain standard of cleanliness and functionality should be maintained.

Sweet Motel for Family/Friends.

The facility was beautiful, clean, and walking distance to EVERYTHING!

There was a new TV but it didn’t work it wasn’t connected to stream Netflix or ANY channels like the site stated. We don’t typically watch TV on vacation, however, the last night we decided to stay in after a long day at the snow and hiking. If that’s all that was missing I can overlook it.
