Great room, fantastic view from the terrace for entire Tbilisi, air conditioning, delicious breakfast (combination of continental and Georgian), street parking, helpful personnel, in the room: kettle, microwave, fridge, towels, bathroom kit, etc; we really enjoyed our stay

The guesthouse is up to the hill, so be aware that you have to walk / carry your luggage (incl. over the stairs as the elevator does not reach up to the room), but the view from the terrace rewarded the efforts :) Some condensation on the wall in bathroom

Never ever again will we book it. This hotel staff has shown that not all Georgians are hospitable and polite. We had to leave the hotel after one night with no refund for the night we did not stay and no compensation for terrible attitude and behaviour towards guests.

1. the bathroom had a big patch of black mold which is dangerous for health. 2. there was a huge crack in the wall the bathroom, too. 3. TV was without remote. we asked for it but the girl in the reception did nothing, though promised. 4. from the very early morning until 11 am there was NO water in the bathroom. no possibility neither to use toilet nor to take shower. 5. when we asked to solve the problem the the owner of the hotel in a very rude manner said that if did not like we could leave the hotel with no refund. 6. the location is terrible because the hill it is on is so steep and so high that it becomes a torture to reach it. 7. the room was tiny and to go with a suitcase is a challenge as there is no lift.

The view from the hotel terrace was breathtaking, especially during sunset. Our room was a little too small, but was OK overall and clean. Breakfast is not your mainstream hotel breakfast, it has many georgian dishes, very delicious! We got picked up by the hotel car from the airport for 20 lari at 2 AM

Hotel is located on the hill, it was not an issue for us but might be for some.

Stunning views of the city right from your window. Great value for your money and the staffs are friendly and helpful. Being located at the center of the old town is an easy access to all points of interests.

No biggie things to not like. The uphill climb is a bit of a challenge for the not so fit visitors. But good exercise to keep you revved up.

Location is right in the historical center. It has amazing view of the city. The place was clean.

Air conditioner has no remote control, you have to control it from the panel on the wall inside the room. Hotel's street is steep uphill. You can be tired to walk. They are not big problems.

The location is perfect as it's 3 minutes walk to Kote Afkhazi Street and Meidan bazar and the view from the hotel is awesome as you can see all Tbilisi The staff are awesome specially Givi he never skipped any request and he was very helpful and so nice The room service are just fine they come to clean everyday The hotel also arranged to make an appointment with a local laboratory to make a pcr test at the hotel with a good price

Only the way back to the hotel everyday as it's like hiking and you've to climb a small hill, then I use the elevator to go to 3rd floor then I had to climb some more stairs to reach my room And also there was no phone in the room so you've to whatsapp them to request for anything The wardrobe was too small and no hanging on it.. They need to make it larger

What an amazing experience. From the location which is close to Narikala in the beautiful part of the city with amazing views, to the cleanliness of the room and the kindness of the staff, from the receptionist to the management they were all extremely kind and helpful with any question or assistance I needed. The value is great and the breakfast is lovely. I would recommend this hotel to all and would definitely come back. thank you so much :)

Not exceptional but normal breakfast. It is a little bit hard to climb the hill))) actually yes, the climbing degree angle approx. 30 and it is great for those who want to lose weight. Joke. Good boutigue hotel located not far from Narikala and center (where Tbilisi loves you circle is located).

It was a little bit difficult to fix the conditioning (switching to heat). Sockets in room are only for 1 equipment (either refrigerator of boiler or micro wave) so it would be great to have something like multi socket.

I played by credit card. Then the guys from the reception told me that I can't pay by credit card and I had to pay cash. They retransferred the money but I did not receive it until today...so I played double.

Great hospitality, very kind & generous stuff.
