Very friendly hosts. And very accommodating. Helped us with everything we needed and recommendations for breakfast the next morning We booked 2 rooms and both were lovely. The shower was one of the best power showers I've had.

The room was pleasant, clean and comfortable. The surrounding garden was lovely and well kept.

We did not want a big breakfast, so in several of the places where we stayed we bought food to eat in our room. But there were no plates or dishes, knives or spoons here. However, when we asked for some, they were immediately provided, and the hosts were very keen that we should ask for anything else that we needed. We thought that the hosts meant well, but it was almost impossible to wash and clean the crockery and cutlery without a bowl in which to put them in, and some washing up liquid. This had been provided at other places. Our hosts had only started their BandB last September, so we feel that some advice would be very helpful to them. The use of a fridge would also have been helpful too. We wish them well in the future.

A beautiful location. Warm hosts. A combination of a laid back attitude with attention to detail made for a relaxing time. Breakfast was yummy! The family pets are adorable, friendly and curious. Thanks!

The bed was comfy.

Host let me in but then wasn't seen again for the rest of my stay so couldnt ask about absence of breakfast or milk for hot drinks. No breakfast provided. Tea bags provided but no milk. Room smelt damp. Shower was lukewarm at all times. Hot tap was very loose and spun around in the sink, seemed like it would break soon. Heated towel rail inside shower unit seemed dangerous. ‘Garden’ view was mostly car park and a view of a damp wall. Floor was dusty, the lino flooring made it feel very institutional.

A little gem in the heart of the Irish countryside! The hosts are so lovely, and welcomed us and our four legged friend with open arms. Would recommend to anybody thinking of staying in the area!
