The room was extra large, with wide bedroom, small pantry, even it has a living room and a balcony. I love the view from my room, I can see Phewa Lake from my bedroom and view of the city from the balcony. And from the rooftop, I can enjoy amazing view of Anapurna Mountains, Phewa Lake, Peaceful Pagoda, also Pokhara City View. Staffs very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was awesome, it's in the sidelake. You can go to the lake by walking. Also, it's close to restaurants, cafes, ATM and pool of taxi near the lake.

very nice location, just 2 minutes walk from the lake, went for boating and walks, all the best cafes and restaurants are within minutes of walking.

the shower should have a curtain to prevent the whole bathroom floor from becoming wet after a shower.

The room is unexpected beautiful and cozy! We have 2 wonderful night here! A good place to relax and chill. The manager Rakesh is so professional and reliable to arrange everything for you and the front desk Kumar is also so nice to give you the best suggestion that really make you feel warm and sweet😉

It was clean. The staffs were helpful and friendly. The location is close to the city’s tourist centre. The bed linen was clean.

Breakfast was not satisfactory for the price paid. It was table service, the food was not that good and the staff did not know how to make proper coffee. The room’s facilities were not well maintained and the room was a smelly. The bathroom ceiling was mouldy. Overall, it was a decent hotel, but not good value for money.
