The location is perfect for exploring old Tbilisi, there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was nice, AC could work a bit better during hot days, but it was manageable. The owner/manager was really nice, we could store our bags at his office before check in since we areived quite early. There was a water outage during our stay and we were provided with a barrel of water. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!

It was situated in the heart of tbilisi..accessible for everything that you need.

There’s a foul smell which is untolearable especially when AC is off for long period of time.

Location, the room, the bed and the pillows are so comfortable and the host George is very nice and helpful.

It was our second time to stay in the property and it really completed our stay in Tbilisi as it is very comfortable. The location is very good as well. Near to everything. The room is spacious and clean there is a small kitchen where you can cook if you like. The place is very secured.
