The condo was amazing. Plenty of space and ammenties provided such as bikes and a notebook of activities to partake in. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay, I highly recommend this condo. The professionalism that my guest and I received was awesome, and we will be using the condo again on our next trip. We also loved how Eco-friendly the property is. Five stars across the board!!!!!

The condo is clean. The beds are comfy. The living room is spacious with a huge tv. The bikes are a great deal. Laundry on premise! The hosts are very nice and extremely easy to work with. The location is superb!! Another lamp in the bedroom with 2 queen beds and the dining table area would be a nice addition but that wouldn't stop us from going back. Lovely place overall!

We truly enjoyed our stay here in the Zen Down Condo. It was perfect accommodations for the six of us (4 adults & 2 kid's). The property was clean and comfortable. Andrew was a great host and made sure that our check-in process (being we got in really late) was stress free. He even called my Dad not too long after we arrived to make sure everything was good and to let him know he would be by in the morning to greet him. And as he said he would be, he was there the next morning. You can tell that he really tries to accommodate his guests, making sure they are comfortable and enjoy their stay. The house is within walking distance to everything you could need (e.g. the beach, restaurants and coffee) and just a short drive to shopping, museums and other interests in the LA area. We would definitely choose this property to come back to for our next visit!!

The owner and his representative did everything and beyond to make our stay perfect, even providing a softer mattress top the same day. We stayed in 2 of the 3 units and would return without question.

Prior reviews pretty much cover everything!! Though Andrew was traveling during our stay, everything was taken care of flawlessly. Everything here is well represented on this site. One extra treat was enjoying the daily presence of a beautiful parrot/macaw (?) just outside the kitchen window! I absolutely/highly recommend this property and look forward to booking with Andrew, when possible, in the future!

What a great surprise to find this hidden gem in Marina Del Rey! Upon arrival, every detail was well-thought out in this 2-bedroom condo. Good and comfortable bedding and a livingroom with great Tv's. The little kitchen was well-stocked. Since we were a group of four, we also rented zen-up as well as zen-down and both places were lovely with ample parking, bikes and every amenity. We even loved Krishna, the parrot who perched in the outside garden every day welcoming us with his morning hello! The owner and manager were available for our questions and so fun with their surfer-boy willingness to help!. would definitely stay again!

This apartment was just like the photos and perfect for two couples or a couple and children. It was clean and well equipped with everything except bath soap. The location is ideal for exploring the Venice beach, Venice canals or the restaurants along Washington Blvd. It is definitely worth renting a bike and riding the beach bike path up to Pacific Palisades and back. We ate at several local restaurants and enjoyed them all. Mosto Enoteca has very good Italian food - ask to be seated in the Private Wine Room. There is no bar, so if you want a pre-dinner cocktail, stop somewhere else first. Albar Cuisine of India is good for take out Indian food. Basic Italian take out (huge portions) is also available from C & O Trattoria. They are famous for their garlic rolls and they are tasty. Not far from Marina del Rey is a new area in Culver City with a grouping of furniture and home stores - Room and Board is the anchor. We enjoyed stopping by to look around. The highlight of our stay was a concert by the Los Angeles Philharmonic in Walt Disney Hall. The concert hall was magnificent and it was easy access from Marina Del Rey.
