Η εξυπηρετηση γενικα του προσωπικου της καθαριοτητας και επισης του Νικου ο οποιος ειναι ευγενεστατος και τρεχει καθε στιγμη να εξυπηρετησει σε οτιδηποτε χρειαστει! Ευχαριστω επισης τον κυριο Φραγκουλη για το δωρο του κατα το τσεκ αουτ και τη κατανοηση να κανω τσεκ αουτ στις τρεις αν κα θα επρεπε να γινει στις εντεκα!!!

Το διαμερισμα αν και σε γενικες γραμμες ικανοποιητικο δεν εχει καμια σχεση με οσα παρουσιαζονται στις φωτο οι οποιες ειναι παραπλανητικες σε σχεση με τη πραγματικοτητα! Μπαλκονοπορτες που ανοιγοκλεινουν με μεγαλη δυσκολια λογω ελλειψης συντηρησης, στορια δεν υπαρχουν αν και ρετιρε με συνεπεια απο τις οκτω το πρωι να το βαραει ο ηλιος αλλυπητα, οι κουρτινες αν και σκιασης δεν εχουν παρα ελαχιστο αποτελεσμα, στρωμα που θα επρεπε να ειχε αλλαχτει εδω και κατι χρονια! Σηκωνεσαι το πρωι και πονας παντου! Ιντερνετ μεσω wifi δε δουλεψε ποτε τις εφτα ημερες της παραμονης μου και ολο επικαλουνταν τεχνικο προβλημα! Αν και εμφανιζεται ως διαμερισμα με παροχες για ΑΜΕΑ δεν υπαρχει καμμια απολυτως προβλεψη! Ραμπα στη κεντρικη εισοδο εντελως επικινδυνη και με κατωφερεια με μεγαλη κληση απο το πεζοδρομιο προς την εισοδο, γεγονος απαραδεκτο! Στο μπανιο επισης καμια απολυτως προβλεψη για ΑΜΕΑ ( εατω μια μπαρα στηριξης) και με πλακακια στο πατωμα που μονο για πατιναζ ειναι! Γενικα θα πρεπει να αφαιρεθει απο τη κατηγορια προσβασιμων για ΑΜΕΑ! Καμια σχεση παροχων με τιμη! Γενικα για ΑΜΕΑ δε θα το συνιστουσα ποτε σε κανενα αλλα ουτε και γενικα για διαμονη σε σχεση με την εικονα που προβαλλεται,!!! Ουτε απεξω δε θα περασω ποτε ξανα!!!

With 2 families being 9 of us, the accommodation suited us perfectly. After long days on the beach or traveling between towns it was great to relax pool side and watch the views. Hosts were wonderful and very accommodating. They even did our laundry at no cost !

Not much - the fridge was clean and cold and the oven got hot.

We didn't like the dead cockroach in the entrance stairway, or the nasty smell when you walk into the apartment. The walls were all dirty or damaged, and there was mould throughout. The bedroom was tiny, the headboard badly stained and not fixed to the wall properly, dirt along the walls and edges, the bed moved and was so dirty and dusty behind, there was a dead bug squashed to the back of the wardrobe, and the spare bedding had no covers. The bathroom was horrendous, the walls were dirty, the curtain rail badly fixed and hanging down, shower didn't work properly, and the room floods because the water doesn't drain properly, even though there's 2 exposed drains on the floor, causing horrible smells. Both the stained shower curtain and the mouldy toilet were so disgusting. The lounge area was really poor. Wobbly dining table fixed to the wall, dirty sofa covers, TV hanging off the wall, stained walls and mouldy edges, slices in the kitchen worktop, big dent in the door. Several lights didn't work, and 2 of the 3 electric shutters start to rapidly auto-unwind themselves if you don't put them up fully. Can't use the oven if the aircon is on, as it trips the electricity and you need to flick the fuse back on, which is covered by a velcro panel. Someone parks RIGHT next to balcony area every day, and washed their car next to our bedroom window on the first night, so no privacy. Minor issues were no battery cover on the aircon remote, and the TV wasn't Smart, so you can't use Netflix etc. The building entrance Passcode didn't work on the final night, luckily someone was leaving, so we could get in.

Hotel was close to metro station, restaurants, and grocery. The area around the hotel was quiet, and we felt safe walking around at night. The apartment and balcony were spacious, and the staff who met us with the key was very pleasant. Good value.

If you plan to cook, the utensils are limited, but that didn't affect us--we just used the stove to warm food, and we liked the large refrigerator.

Nothing! It's not like in the pictures. The pictures are fake and with photoshop.

The beds were cheap and not comfortable. It was not clean, lots of mold in the walls. The behavior of the staff and owner were miserable that our entire mood was ruined. There was also no place for parking. Dogs barked all night, both nights and we couldn't sleep properly. It was not like in the pictures shown and definitely a rip off. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

very stylish, clean, with a great shower and comfortable bedroom. Great place to stay with a supermarket around the corner!

a bit far from Athens center.

Nice property at a good location. some of the facilities and equipment have been worn out from use and would require a bit more careful maintenance. Airconditioning was working fine. some more attention to the detail could elevate the place. Monty was a great host!

The room was super clean, the location very convenient but the best about this place is the people. All of the agents very polite, so accommodating. Helped us so much. We will definitely be back. Thank you again for making our stay convenient and effortless. Rodopi Papageorgiou
