We requested a ground floor sea view and was not disappointed. Our view was the pool and the sea. It was stunning. Every morning we took a swim in the sea and a dip in the pool. The hotel was small and personal which was lovely. Staff went out of their way to help us. Highly recommend

I booked the room for my daughter and dad to stay 2 nights, they checked out but i wanted to extend the stay when i tried they tried to charge me a extra fee for my daughter when they originally didn’t. i didn’t appreciate that

Ocean view. Walking distance to restaurants and shops Receptionist was nice.

No blankets/comforter. No plug socket in bathroom There was a bird in a tree next to the pool that squeaks from 6pm to 3am daily, very very loud and annoying! Restaurant does not have ready food, neither breakfast lunch nor dinner, everything is cooked to order even if you order oxtail or goat lol. Makes no sense, just something to consider. We had to eat out, not good for the business. WiFi not stable, works best in the mornings.

Jamaican breakfast was good, staff was nice. I was expecting more from the facilities and beach. The room didn’t have proper blinds so it was very uncomfortable in the morning. Overall I think it should be cheaper quality/price.

The place needs to be cleaned better, and overall it needs refurbishment.

I was really disappointed that is was advertised that parking was available when this was not so as the parking was not sufficient for all guest onsite. We went to an event and came back at dawn and there was no parking. The serving size of the food purchased was very small not to mention the one slice of toast and half of saugage. Coffee was watered down and the orange juice was fake. There odor in the room was not fresh.

The staff try to do whatever it takes to make you comfortable. the view from the breakfast deck is nice.

The location is not ideal. The stairs to the rooms on top floor are steep. Parking is not ideal. view from the room are not very good and lots of junk from the hotel next door hurts the view from some rooms.

The rooms were in poor condition, we changed room three times before getting one that was bearable. There was Roaches in my room. The Wifi was VERY, VERY POOR, so we couldn’t watch TV or surf the internet/social media for entertainment. The “included Breakfast” was of poor quality. Some of the staff provided excellent service in trying to make our stay comfortable while some acted like we should just be satisfied with what we got.

Do not waste your money. This hotel is a ripe off. Breakfast served on chip paper plates. sauge was cut in have. Room was small. staff was not friendly

I like that's it in the heart of ochi, the way the rooms was set up was not welcoming.

The towels were looking unclear, the room did not have a iron, a small cooler or a microwave. There was alot of mosquitoes biting us in the room. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. They said the breakfast starts at 7 we got there at 8 an never get the food until 9:30. The lady who cooks the food is disrespectful as well. There was this lady who waited on her food for 1 1/2 hours an tell her it was cold, an she said to the lady and what she should do about it. The washroom looks outdated as well. So as I said I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.
