A couple nights prior to my stay here, I had stayed at another Embassy Suites. So I'm probably comparing, which may not be fair to do. This location in OKC is near the airport and has likely been here for a while. The property has been renovated. I do think that the bathrooms (if our room is any indication) could be updated as well. When we parked our car, there was signage outside that said that we essentially were parking at our own risk. That was a bit concerning, but I guess in our litigious society it probably should be expected. With the exception of Chili's and Charleston's nearby, it looked like we'd need to drive several miles to dine where we weren't eating in a bar or in a fast food restaurant. Other than that, the room was clean and the breakfast was great.

Nice clean modern

I love this hotel. This is the best continental breakfast I’ve ever seen. They will make you an omelet anyway you prefer. TONS of options. ALL the staff are very friendly and service friendly. I’ve stayed here a few times and always the same service. The hotel is getting older. We did have a hot water issue this stay. I still say this is my number one hotel in regards to breakfast and staff. Business conference friendly, you can get a meal, a drink all within the hotel. I still recommend highly. Area is a bit sketchy. I think if you are driving you are fine. I’ve stayed for business and family trip.

Beautiful hotel and great room. Local dining right down the street and close to the airport.

Riding the elevator you could see they haven't cleaned very good in the high places for a long time. We had to let the hot water run for a long time to get some. Great location. Staff was very good.

Really comfortable beds.

Hotel was dated but check in and breakfast service staff more than made up for it. Bed was very comfortable but housekeepjng could have done a better job in my opinion. Appeared that they only made the bed and exchanged towels. Sheets were not changed and glasses were not changed out for clean ones.

Hotel needs updating. One Elevator out of order. Working elevator was slow & uneven ride. Room had loud air vent motor noise.

Lots of food options in the area. Not too far for airport. We always stay here before a flight. You can leave your car at the hotel and they will shuttle after 6AM or usa park is not far.

Weve stayed in many places all over OKC and this has been the best hotel weve stayed in so far! Great quality for the price!

It's a original Embassy Suites that has been there about 40 years a good portion of the Staff are the original staff members form when it opened However the Hotel is need of a good interior remodel and the skylights are leaking but it is a 40 year old hotel i will be staying here again in the future

Good: Hotel provided free snacks and drink in the evenings and very nice breakfasts. Pretty lobby and dining areas. Bad: I had to karen about my room, it as it smelled like smoke when we walked in and all the drawers were out and sofa unfolded. Terrible first impression. They gave us a different room and it was nice. Pool was a sad site. Nothing at all like the pictures. No live plants, bare walls and cloudy gross looking water. Did not swim. Pool area is definitely not something this hotel take pride in. The gym was fine.

Our stay was wonderful. From check in to check out. The staff was so friendly and on top of everything. Our room was okay. Comfortable beds and quiet. The only draw back was the room was in desperate need of updating. The wallpaper was peeling, cracks in the wall and ceiling and no usb ports. Other than those little things rhis is a great hotel.

Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast and happy hour was great! That is about all I can say for the trip. It is in a horrible area! The beds were awful! And the rooms all have frosted glass going into the hallway which made it bright in the room at night with a green flashing light for the smoke detector making it hard to sleep.

While the hotel staff were amazing. I did not feel the room was anywhere close to what I seen when I looked online. Limited break fast menu. Drinks were amazing and the snacks. The property was gorgeous. But a bit disappointed in the room.

Every staff member was absolutely delightful and helpful. Two issues: numerous flies in the evening complementary hors d’oeuvre “bar”. The food -carrotts/celery- looked like it had been out multiple times previously. Impressive breakfast though! The main problem I had was with a large black-and-white dog in the lobby. A woman placed her dog next to the center walkway. Other people with dogs could not pass. The dog lunged at everyone including, kids, all men and the waiter, who was trying to take her order and later bring her food. It was absolutely ridiculous. I could also hear the dog barking when I was in my room. I understand that some hotels take dogs, but I did not ever imagine that a standard poodle and an and this other large dog. I imagine it would have been difficult for the hospital staff to ask her to, relocate her dog away from the main walkway. She seemed to really enjoy the attention. I will not stay with you again because although I’m dog lover and own them myself, I cannot imagine bringing my large dogs to a Hilton hotel.

The room was decently clean but the common areas were dirty

We enjoyed the hotel. The room was big and comfortable. It was clean and the employees were friendly, kind and helpful. Nate, at the front desk went out of his way to fix our reservation (we needed walk in accessible shower).

I needed to cancel my reservation due to an emergency. And I’m still waiting for a refund . Horrible customer service

The air conditioning was not working great, everything else was amazing!

The hotel was okay breakfast was not good. One of the elevators on our side was not working and it was hard to get into the elevator to our third floor room. The ceiling in the foyer was leaking water from the rain. It was unsafe to walk in the middle of the lobby.

Great dine in and breakfast options for family. Spacious and clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. But, hotel looks little old inside rooms and need a renovation.

i awakened about 3 both nights and there was a light strobing above the closet and it rotated. happened both nights. ?came from vent. I told the front desk. This was bizarre!
