We were a mom and daughter staying here to be close to a filming location, so it was very close to site. The manager was beyond helpful. We got a flat tire and he actually helped us put air in our tire! Great service!

At check-in, the girl at the reception desk was impolite and unfriendly. Creaky beds. The manager does not answer calls or voice messages. A ruined vacation, bad memories.The room for 4 people looks like a prison cell. The windows have thick curtains of a gloomy color. The doors to the bathroom are so narrow that an adult can only enter sideways. Very uncomfortable.

The pool was a highlight small but clean had a good hotub and it also had a sauna

We reached out due to an error in our booking. The online booking portal was supposed be for September 21st and somehow during online check out the date was booked August 25th. While we are out of the country from August 17th and not returning to Canada until September 6th this is obviously not our intended booking date (for the honeymoon suite) and we reached out hoping to have some sort of negotiation. Nothing was offered, not even a penalty or such, even when we made clear we still intended to (re)book for the needed date of September 21st. Unfortunately we have limited access to email and internet while away and we’re not able to receive the booking reminder in time to contact and make any adjustments. Hotel was non negotiable and difficult to work with. It is extremely disappointing and we will be following up further on this and recommend others to choose a different hotel who shows not just better customer care, but at least some level of customer care. While we still need the booking for the original intended date we will be choosing a different hotel chain. We hope that someone else might reach out to fix this poor customer experience and change the perspective of the greedy managers decision, who the Expedia travel agent reached out to.

Great stay

Stayed with this hotel with my daughter for an event in Mapleridge. Location isn't exciting for BC but was close to our events which was very convenient. Hotel was overall clean and what you'd expect for this style of hotel. The hotel manager was very helpful and accommodating; he helped beyond expectations while we had a flat tire. Overall good experience! I would recommend.

I unfortunately picked the wrong hotel and had to change. This one seems great, though the room i was given had exposed cables in the corner and a cob web I took down for them. It looked pretty clean otherwise and the staff wete helpful

Random furniture stuffed in the hallways. Old doors leaning up against the walls. Ceiling has god knows what on it. Beds were very loud and uncomfortable.

Neighbourhood's sketchy, there was a couple staying that were yelling at each other late at night. Rooms descent and clean. Breakfast average.

Cost extra to stay here. Dogs locked up in rooms and barking constantly. 1 pooped in the hallway

Terrible hotel breakfast

Staff service was good in terms of asking to get the required stuffs but room wasn't cleaned one day.

Beds are the worst I've ever slept on..or at least tried to sleep on. The room doors are so clunky and loud it is so loud you hear when the neighbor opens, leaves, locks and unlocks the door. Pool was small, cold and mirky. The hot tub would have bubbles floating around ot..weird to see. Cost for a 3 night stay was astronomical considering a property like this. We will think twice in ever using a best western property again

Staff very kind

Staff were really accommodating, friendly, helpful, professional. Suite near stairs are noisy due to doors closing and footsteps on the stairs. Noise from street traffic is constant. Bring your earplugs.

The property was nice only a little smaller and a little plain.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and looked like it had new flooring. Complimentary breakfast, not great but not awful either (little sausages were salty and greasy, egg pucks were bland and a little rubbery, hash browns were obviously from frozen. Tiny one bite muffins). I’ve stayed here a few times when visiting family and will be back.

Three easy things to fix here. Sign at desk said “back in five minutes.” Five minutes from when? I waited 8 til I found cleaning staff to find someone for front desk. Gap under the room door of an inch meant I got to hear all conversations, comings and goings. A towel stuffed under there helped. And the blow dryer didn’t work. No one answered at the desk, so I left w wet hair. I was there for a quick overnight stop, would not want to stay longer.

Needed an escape from the heat. Beautiful clean room with air conditioning!
