Very clean! Breakfast was wonderful!

Recently refurbished; rooms really smart and comfy. Heated pool ok; good for a dip. Good self service breakfast and well informed and helpful front desk.
It is on the highway so a little bit of noise. Don’t expect charm; it is a Best Western afterall.

Room was comfortable and clean. Loved the pullout bed and extra TV for the kiddo. Very good buffet breakfast. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend and stay aging..
Hubby thought the bed was too soft for him, and I wish hotels had flat pillows as well. Forgot mine. But this is a minor thing.

The layout out of the room was excellent for our family. The breakfast and breakfast room was exceptional! Staff was so kind and helpful.
Windows on the main look right out to parking, would be so lovely if they were tinted so you could open the blinds (kids hang on them when they are closed!)

Gym was also great and clean.
Whirl pool was a bit dirty. Hair floating in the water.

There was really no breakfast because of renovations. I wish someone would have told us ahead of time.
I paid over 1,300 for a room for a number of nights, it did not look kike the picture on the web. We feel ripped off.

My room was surprisingly big and cozy, with a jacuzzi and a fire palace. The bed was super comfortable and the room was sparkling clean.
It’s a bit dirty to walk around the hotel but I loved that I had absolutely everything in a 5-minute walk from supermarket, to restaurants and even a movie theatre.
