The stay was lovely however, the parking fees were ridiculous, we were told it was 65 a night- fine, but at the end of our stay there was extra charges and taxes that were not disclosed to us. So that was disappointing. Other than that, our stay was great

Was fine. But definitely needs a lift. My floor had a strange smell. New carpets would make a big difference. With an upgrade I’d stay all the time, but o won’t go back till I hear it’s been updated.

The amenities were nice the rooms had a small kitchenette. The location is the BEST walking distance to Melrose Street where there is coffee shops, restaurants and clothing stores. Highly recommended!!

Good value in a trendy area. Clean, w nice pool and bar. Negatives:
1. $65 per night to park. Ouch.
2. Mostly insincere staff, plastic friendliness. If you are the usual tourist stock that has no interest in human interaction w workers, this won't bother you at all.

I took my wife and newborn to LA for the week and stayed at Le Parc. We were greeted by the amazing staff and enjoyed our stay! Will come again!!

Very nice one bedroom suite , great AC , nice front desk, however did have issues with bedroom TV not working, bathroom sink had clogging issues and bathroom toilet had little pressure. In addition , the 65 dollar valet parking was excessive in my opinion.

We arrived early and George was giving perfect service at valet parking. A pitty that at 4 pm the suite was still not ready for check in. Lady at reception was not so understanding/ service oriented. However, George was doing a great job with his bar tender at the rooftop bar. We had a great evening and perfect stay. The rooftop outlook is great. Room 351 is spacious, clean and comfortable for staying as a family of 4 with teenagers.

We loved the Le Parc. It was a great place for our home base for the week. We had great service from the staff, the neighborhood is very walkable to restaurants and shops. We loved the suite we were in so much space to spread out and the kitchenette was great as well. The patio was all great. Overall we loved our stay

It has a great location, nice large, comfortable rooms, and a nice gym. I was taken back though by all the additional taxes and resort fees that came up at check out.

Great upscale hotel, great location. The room was well appointed and more room than what 2 people needed, but it's a great suite with plenty of space and a useful kitchenette & balcony. I liked that the bathroom has the toilet/shower separated from the sink so that both can be used with privacy. The restaurant also has good food and service. If you have a higher budget, this is a great choice.

Great hotel, very clean, helpful staff, one minor gripe that on a few occasions front desk didn’t answer the phone when I called, but were always polite and professional.

This was our second stay after a cancelled flight. We chose to go back there after a panicked decision and familiarity, however was quite disappointed. We booked a room for 4 as we did on the first stay and both times the room was only made up for 2 to sleep. When we went to reception to explain they said they couldn’t make up the bed and just gave us the bed sheets for the sofa bed. There was no water in the room on the second trip and the member of staff on the evening was quite unhelpful. Also the first stay the room was quiet but this time there were people underneath talking loudly until 2am. I got no sleep after a stressful day

Rooms don't get cleaned daily, I get why they do that (to be green) but would've been nice to know before booking. You need to give them 24 hr notice and book the cleaners. And then they still have a 3-4 hr window. So booking a time is kind of pointless.
That aside, the place was nice, staff was helpful, and the location was good.

Overall our stay was great. Room floor plan was excellent and the area was in the perfect location. One thing that we did not particularly care for was the food/room service at the hotel. The quality of the food was not at all worth the price. I’m not sure why they charge a resort fee because there aren’t many amenities for you to enjoy and you still have to pay for parking ($65/night) and purchase drinks on the rooftop and pay to rent cabanas. Even with that being said, the customer service was great, the room was clean and we would definitely stay here again!

Suite with kitchenette was lovely, clean and quiet. Staff was kind and helpful. Location was great to many nice shops and eateries. Only feedback that was not perfect was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work that weekend and was being repaired.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean. The pool was nice. Relaxed poolside for hours. The hotel staff was very nice as well. 5/5 stay. I had no complaints besides parking being very expensive. If they charged for parking per stay instead of night this would be PERFECT. Thank you!

Rooms are big and lovely. The kitchen is a little weird but nice to have. I didn’t know how to get to the pool. But I have no complaints. I will stay again.

This hotel is a great option for staying in West Hollywood. It has all the facilities, comfortable, very nicely decorated and great staff! The best of all was the location, so close to Melrose Ave, where the best shops and restaurants are, very fancy but more relaxed and quiet than other areas. The size of the apartment is perfect for long stays, with a lounge area, kitchenette, and large bathroom with big closet. One last thing that was amazing was the food, I also enjoyed the lovely complimentary wine hour for the perfect happy hour on the rooftop!

If you LOVE MOLD, this is a fantastic place to stay. Unfortunately, I had to check out after first night (of 3 nights plan) due to the mold conditions in the hotel.
The staff were super accommodating at trying to find a more suitable room. I moved once, but the same mold conditions after one night drove me out, due to congestion and severe headache.
The roof top pool deck however was fantastic... which was the main draw (besides location) to book at Le Parc.
