Horrible hotel. Do not stay here it’s filled with junkies and the rooms smell like cigarettes. Absolutely disgusting.

We were unable to make it through a CO pass due to snow and the pass closed. Had to stay at another quality inn. Contacted the property immediately and told our request for a refund of payment would be passed on to the manager. Several days later we have not received the refund or communication from the property.

It was ok a little dated and noisy area but not bad for the price

A little outdated. Our rooms both bathrooms the painwas chipping in both showers. Refrigerator didnt work and we found mold in the bottom of the Refrigerator. When i addressed it at checkout, she simply stated. Ill tell the house keepers..

Clean room with comfortable bed. The love seat was old and uncomfortable to sit on. All of the electrical outlets were inconvenient places. Shower water temperature was lukewarm.

We had electric bicycles locked to the back of our vehicle overnight in well lit security guarded parking lot. We went out in the morning and bicycles were gone. The staff was apologetic but not helpful even though they had cameras in the parking lot. Could not seem to find any helpful footage.

Good location. Older building but fairly well taken care of. The continental breakfast was mid. They had eggs no meat. Had to give my girlfriend meat after breakfast.

Staff were incredibly friendly. Solid breakfast- waffles, cereal, milk, eggs (but no bananas or yogurt). Lots of homeless in the nearby area but property was well-lit. Room was spacious!

Staff were all very friendly. I’m handicapped and asked for an easy first floor room. They were happy to accommodate and wanted me to be aware that is were all the pet friendly rooms are and would that be okay. I said, no problem.
If I’m honest, I was a little nervous it may smell like pets, or I may be hearing dogs howl at night. No problems whatsoever! The room was meticulously clean, no odor and I never heard a pet once. I did see a few outside.
The only thing I was missing was a meat protein and a banana at breakfast. The coffee was good.
I would stay here again.

This is our second time staying here and it definitely gets the job done. Great for families, one of the only places that provides a large room AND two bathrooms. Only downside is the large homeless camps outside the hotel make it feel generally unsafe coming and going.

The room was large with a decent bed and plenty of fluffy pillows. The A/C worked well. Very nice chair for the desk (I may even get one for myself). Cleaning people were friendly and helpful.

We stayed in ADA room and the only thing that I would have liked is some sort of table or counter space to put my bathroom toiletries on. As it is, there is nothing. My other complaint would be that the pool was so green, we didn't want to use it. Most of the staff i.e. some front desk, (not all) cleaning crew and dining attendant were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was not appealing at all, the only thing good about it was the coffee!

Check-in was super easy and the employees were friendly and professional. The lobby area looked super clean with a nice lounging and dinning area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay, could see the fairly recent renovations and quality updates to the rooms. The bed was comfortable. The fitness facilities were quite limited but achieved their objective. The breakfast was OK, nothing to get excited about but saved us some money, as we didn't have to buy food.

We loved the view, it only had one restroom the room we had rented the day before was similar but w/2 full bathroom but other than that was also spacious and clean.

For a family of 5, it was very nice that there were 2 bathrooms. The space is equal to 2 connecting rooms, but the price is that of 1 room. The queen beds are good, the sofa bed is ok for a smaller child but not great for an adult. Breakfast is simple but good enough. Might stay here again next time.

The staff were exceptionally nice, but the facility was just not in good shape. It seemed like it was basically cleaned, but dingy and musty and could use a deep cleaning in the corners and, carpets and couches. We have stayed a multiple Quality Inns and found them very nice, so we were disappointed.

The room was immaculate and clerk very nice despite being overwhelmed with a line checking in. Only suggestion is mirror over desk so one person can do hair and makeup while the other showers. I would stay here again.

Numerous signs in the lobby and around the property advertise their "No smoking" policy, but our room smelled like smoke especially in the bathroom area. I will not return to this hotel.
