If you’re looking for something that is close to the mall and don’t care about details this is the place. The room that I booked was supposed to be 1 king bed room however due to few rooms i didn’t receive what I paid for. The bathroom was not clean there was hair in the shower. Overall this was not the best stay for me.

When I was leaving on Thursday 11/14 I asked the person behind the desk for a bottle water - Chinese guy looked at me and said you have to buy and pointed to the water display- I said gee thanks and gave him my key and room number. I proceeded to get coffee and the Chinese guy behind the desk started screaming sir what’s your room number as if he wanted to fight me. I gave him my room number second time. On Friday I looked at my credit card he charged me for the water that I did not take plus tax $4.20 on my bill. I hate to say it I stay at the Hampton all the time - you just lost a customer due to a rude nasty customer service person. I will call and get my money back for a non purchased water. Please review your video on Thursday @ 10:00 am to prove my point.

We debated leaving for our road trip early in the morning or late to stay over night. We decided to stay. We arrived late and exhausted from a long day and long trip. The service at the front desk was friendly and accommodating and the room was comfortable and clean.

This hotel was subpar. My room was clean but extremely outdated. The grounds and lobby area was clean, but the welcome mats at the doors were filthy. The carpets in the elevators were filthy. I didn't notice until after I booked that they charge for parking, which is a joke. The front desk told me, I think $3.87 a day for parking, but I was charged $4.10/day for parking. The parking lot isnt gated or secured in anyway, so I really don't understand the charge for parking. From where i was coming from, I had to go down to the light, buss a u-turn to get on the side I needed. That was kind of annoying. The hotel is beside a highway, but its not bothersome at all. There was a decent complimentary breakfast every morning which was nice. The light over my bathroom mirror blinked red my whole stay. If I were a make-up girly, I would've been pissed. All in all, I wouldn't stay here again.

It was clean overall with just a few missed things during sweep up. Like under the sink in the bathroom. A hair stuck to the ceiling in the bathroom.

Our stay was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Lobby near elevator needed to be cleaned/moped frequently. Breakfast eating areas needed to be wiped down after each use. Would have been great to have a complimentary bottle of water in the room upon arrival.

Great stay. Great breakfast. Staff was super friendly. Here’s my weird complaint… only one side of the shower opens and to turn the water on you get blasted with cold water and if you don’t find the correct temperature while being blasted in the face you accept your fate until you can reach the handle. I got the cold face blast and then decended into the scalding water. Once adjusted the shower was great.

The water was cold in the morning during show. I was told maybe because it is morning and too many people taking shower at the same time. The ironing machine dropped black spot on the clothes, I had to get a replacement. The road/traffic noise is too much, did not bother me but may bother light sleepers. Seen better Hampton Inn properties.

Room was fine. Warning: dog friendly hotel. Dogs barking in middle of night and dog poop in front of elevator. No necessarily the hotels fault but comes with allowing animals. Dining area was not kept up with as guests ate breakfast. Sticky, dirty tables and trash left laying. Coffee was terrible.

Check in- employee on phone another just standing there no offer to help. Employee at check in difficult to understand and spoke fast. Did not really talk or welcome us. Did not explain why it cost 50 more than Expedia said. Had to wait for another employee to ask. When we checked out I asked for a receipt and said it will be emailed and turned away. Never received email with receipts. Not impressed for the price paid.

It's very disappointing to be told after we've booked a room that a military discount could have been applied, but wasn't given it; whereas when I stayed in the same place previously, there wasn't a place to check I had a pet, but they couldn't wait to add that to the bill.
Also, the card in the bathroom said the room would be cleaned every other day. I was there for three days...not one time was it cleaned.
