The place was in the middle of construction. The room clean. Check-in is 4pm but your website says 3pm. That caused some frustration, the staff took action in getting is a room promptly.

I think I'd like to come back when renovations are complete! Restaurant choices were very limited, due to renovations but the food court had surprisingly good food, for what was available. Did not like that we didn't have Housekeeping services with our two night stay.. All employees were extremely courteous and helpful. I'd like to especially thank the two Valets that were on duty late morning, early afternoon, of 9/10. They were very helpful in recommending an urgent care, as I was in a lot of pain, and I was extremely happy with the one they suggested.

I was awoken at 6:30am to incredibly loud drilling. I called the front desk and they said that there was maintenance going on below my room and they would see what they could do. I called back 30 minutes later since nothing had changed and the front desk lady informed me that construction was happening and she couldn't do anything about it. When I asked the front desk upon check out she gave me attitude saying that there were construction signs everywhere. I informed her that there would be no way to know that booking online and the conversation ended there as she turned back to her phone. Got no sleep and I will not ever be returning.

I was in the area needed nice spot for the night Hands down a great place Mina at the desk made my stay perfect at checkin One issue ive never been to a casino in my life i asked a blackjack dealer at an empty minimum table to teach me a little about the game and the table minimums I wanted to buy chips and play It is a casino after all The first dealer i asked was explaining nicely Another dealer came over Sent the man helping me on break and couldn't be bothered to answer a single question truly chased my money away from the tables If how the dealers behave is why you are reading my review Wellllllll Since They are in the middle of renovations but a nice small suite was priced nice Rainfall shower nice and hot ( no bathtubs at the resort Mina explained ) The room was surgically clean and comfy Only one air conditioner of rhe two worked but i think that is intentional tje second was never needed All in all except for the dealer a great place !

Plenty of parking and easy access to the road and to a major highway and nearby shopping.

Excellent restaurant for dinner. King room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Huge, updated shower. Casino needs to change to NON SMOKING. It partially is, but the smoke creeps everywhere. There was no choice but to walk through stinky smoke to get to the pool outside. Not ideal.

Overall it was a phenomenal visit. Rooms and amenities were great but the staff was even better. Very friendly, helpful and kind. We felt very welcome.

We loved everything about this place! The room was very nice and clean and the beds comfortable. The pool was a very nice area with a couple of bars and a small beach. The Valley Beach - outdoor area around the pool had a live band on Saturday night that was great! :-) The casino was nice with a food court and a DJ. We’ll definitely visit again!

My check in experience was awful...Vinay was NOT very helpful as check in was supposed to be at 3pm i arrived at 515 was told my room was not ready and he doesn't know when it will be ..i was due to atttend a function at 6..was very hesitant to contact a supervisor for me ..after 10 minutes back and for finally called a Darryl Beadles and after much back and forth was informed she wouldn't and didnt believe i should receive a discount for MY inconvenience...very disappointed 😕 and even tho my Fraternity uses this hotel EVERY year at the same time ..i myself will not be using THIS location and WILL caution my Fraternal brothers from doing the same

A nice enough hotel. Room was claustrophobic. A tiny window. No balcony. View of the road at the back and ghe car park. Staff are very good. The Casino has no reasonable jackpots! All tiny!!! Get a grip!

The staff could of been a little more pleasant during checkin like pointing out elevators, hotel amenities and dining options. Other than that, no concerns with room or parking.

The main problem with the hotel was that it calls itself a resort but is most definitely not and it is a weak casino. The restaurant is overpriced for what it was and there are few other options. The casino is small and stingy.
